Good location. There are several cafes within walking distance. Quick check-in at the hotel. The room was family-run, huge, and clean (except for windows, curtains, and a balcony, but only the lazy one didn't write about it). Bathrobes for everyone, slippers (changed every day for new ones), hygiene products, a hairdryer, a bottle of water in every room and every day! I liked that there is an ironing room on the floor (free of charge). The room was warm, there is Wi-Fi.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in May. There was a late check-in, we were greeted perfectly, placed in a room according to our requests. The room is a double room with a balcony, a single bed, large, comfortable, clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, everything was in the room. The hotel is cozy, conveniently located, within walking distance from Bayterek and the green alley, and across the street is the Ministry House. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room. We are happy with everything. Hotel - 5, room - 5, staff - 5, location - 5, price - 5. I definitely Recommend The Hotel!👍

The air conditioners are working. if you arrive by car, parking is a problem, especially during rush hour. Wi-fi in the room catches very poorly. It is absolutely impossible to solve work issues with such an Internet. In the same house on the 1st floor, takeaway food is prepared: pilaf, shurpa, manti, everything is more or less tasty, for sane money. There is a park across the street. If you book through aggregators, they persistently ask you to cancel your reservation, arguing that you do not want to pay a commission to an intermediary, but they do not offer any "buns" in return.

Cold and tasteless. Sometimes they may not put tea or yogurt. The room constantly smelled of different food, very strongly. And when we left, we were not given the documents for the accounting department. Super!!! And they also said that it was their own fault, they should have warned them a few days in advance.
