Definitely 5 stars!
Hookah - all the desires to taste were fulfilled and it turned out very cool. It was done quickly and efficiently
The kitchen is excellent, with a large selection of dishes, teas and desserts. What I took was a cannon.
The staff was greeted with a smile at the entrance, they talked very politely on the phone. They were escorted to a table. They immediately offered to call a hookah man. A separate plus for how neatly the serving was done.
I really liked the interior! Everything was picked up with taste to the smallest detail. The colors are very cozy. The furniture is of high quality, and most importantly, comfortable.
In general, it is clear that the institution is being watched and treated as their child.

The top place. The food is better than in luxury restaurants, there is no pathos. Hookah is always on top, for every taste. It's good that there are different locations, if you want to sit in the VIP room, you want to sit in the main hall. The terrace is also good, although there are nuances when the weather is cold, maybe they have already been fixed.

We visited this institution on May 7, 2023. We came from St. Petersburg to the capital of Belarus, Minsk. We Googled hookah bars, there was Oil, Blow and HookahPlace in the priority, we read reviews about "wonderful hookahs" and came to you. We didn't find you right away, there were no seats in the hall, we were offered a table on the veranda by prior reservation, asking if it was cold there, the administrator replied very sharply, "no, it's not cold!",
Then a red-haired girl came up to us, they were used to always seeing men, so the girl caused me some doubts but better about the hookah itself, we wanted smoothies (berry, banana, generally interesting, tasty and smoky) , the girl suggested an option, agreed. Next, we ordered 1L lemonade from the waiter, ordered Ginger Apple. We sit and wait, 10 minutes pass, 20 and after 30 minutes of waiting, the administrator was caught and clarified where our hookah and lemonade were...
The desire was to get away from zero service, but having come a long way and being in anticipation of a delicious hookah and atmosphere, we decided to stay.
Half an hour later, lemonade was brought to us, answering the question, "why is it taking so long?", they said that they "ran out of decanters."
Are you guys serious? Is it the problem of the guests that you have a shortage of dishes?
Then we wait for the hookah, it was brought 30 minutes later, the taste was weak at first, but interesting. After 5 minutes, a hard cough began in the throat.
The "staff call SERVICE" turned out to be useless, because it did not work and no one came to us.
I had to look for a girl, a hookah master, myself and ask her to come to our table.
The taste was slightly corrected for us, the tx was gone, however, by 40%..
After the lemonade was brought to us, it turned out that it was mixed up, Orange Berries were brought, instead of Ginger Apple -_- sea buckthorn was in the composition, the young man does not drink or eat it.
After that, the waiter redid the order. I didn't include lemonade in the bill.
I put two Stars only for the fact that the mixed lemonade was left and not included in the bill, and the waiting, tasteless hookah, lack of service minus 3 STARS!!!
I do not recommend visiting this place
The cost of a hookah is higher than the average in Minsk.

In search of the best hookah bar, Oil took the first place. The hookah is at the highest level, the hookah is very pleasant, he suggested everything, advised and our company was delighted. But it's not just one hookah that's so good in this place. The waiters know their business, and the quality of service was simply amazing, they advised according to preferences and pleased with everything, thank you very much for that. The kitchen is on top! The service is on top! The menu is varied, a lot of things will be to your taste. Special respect for the large-scale tea card and the tea sommelier. The interior is pleasant, for lovers of privacy and communication "among their own" in the institution there is a vip room and a gold room where you can play a console and just have a good time.
Undoubtedly, Oil is now in the personal top of your favorite establishments.

The interior is quite interesting, suitable for the theme of the restaurant name. We ordered tomato soup with seafood, pumpkin soup and tropical lemonade. The tomato soup was the most common, the seafood was not salty. I really liked the lemonade. I do not recommend taking pumpkin soup. It is impossible to eat it. It is incredibly sweet and unpleasant. In general, we will not go there again.

A completely overrated place, the rating is obviously inflated.
The interior is ordinary. There was no music, just two hours of hammering beats. The food was bland: the pasta was completely unsalted and tasteless, as were its ingredients - turkey and mushrooms. The drinks are normal, ordinary.
Hookah is generally a separate song. The hookah man did not take into account preferences at all: there was no cold, bitterness, and the author's taste, which we were promised to make, is just pure Pink Man from a can of Mast heavy.
The service was also disgusting. The meal was done for 30 minutes (5 tables were occupied in the hall). They just forgot about the salad. It was very cold inside, they asked for a blanket. Twice. They didn't bring it. In the end, they decided to pay off and leave. The waiter's call button was pressed 6 times! No one came. All the waiters went into the room behind the bar (kitchen or staff room there, I have no idea) and were noisy there, forgetting about everyone and everything. They just wanted to leave already, since this place doesn't need money. We decided to call the hookah man, he came quickly, and we asked him for the bill.
We have never seen such a disgusting attitude and atmosphere in general for a price above average.
I do not recommend this place.

I didn't like the hookah itself initially, it was redone 2 times. It smelled like some kind of soap. After a while, it is not possible to smoke it, and you don't really feel the taste (although there is something to compare it with).
After 15-20 minutes, nausea from the hookah rolled up.
According to the staff, they are responsive, they will help in case of something - 5 points.
The interior is relaxing, the light is dimmed.
The cocktails were pleasantly surprised.
Parking is free, there is a place to park the car.
In general, the boarding is complete in the evening. It is better to book in advance.

Yesterday we visited the Oil restaurant and were very satisfied!!! Hookahs are well executed, the food is very tasty, and most importantly - everything is fast! Our table was served by the waiter Victoria, a lovely girl, a professional in her field. She approached us politely, tactfully and asked if everything was in order, maybe we needed something else. I hit the nail on the head with the cocktail recommendation, specifying only which alcohol we prefer. When I asked if the flowers in the dessert were edible, she told me about her passion for growing microgreens. Very informative 😌We express our gratitude to the institution and separately to Victoria's waiter!!!

The price/quality ratio is completely missing. From the good - hookahs at a height and service. Portions are not big from the word at all. The serving is extremely long - the pasta was brought to me in 45 minutes... Alcohol prices are like in the top of Minsk. Cocktails are not bad and their prices are adequate. The actual format is not clear. One of the advantages of another is that they work around the clock, which is a rarity before Minsk.

The interior, kitchen, drinks, hookahs - everything is at a decent level, but the main feature of this place is the level of service! The place is atmospheric, yes. Many people like hookahs. But the menu is very meager, and the price tag is generally too high. The waiters can't even tell what is included in the dish/a cocktail. And worst of all: the menu simply lists the names of dishes /drinks without ingredients, which makes it difficult to choose. If you are already making such price tags, then at least make the menu understandable or train the waiters.
The waiters themselves don't come up even when you press the call button, and we were sitting with empty plates and trying to catch someone.
The desire to return here has disappeared.

Very cool interior, just a cool atmosphere and generally really liked the style / theme of the restaurant!
