We occasionally come here with friends and colleagues.
The kitchen and bar are very good, although some items cost a pretty penny. Separately, in the kitchen, I can praise the desserts – they are good here; without pathos, as in some Fabriq, but I can't even call them bad or even "average". I recommend trying the candy from the chef.
I can also praise the teas here separately. Nikita's tea master took over several times, and it is clear from him that the man is really fumbling in his business.
I can't say anything extraordinary about hookahs. They're just good, that's all.
Of the non-obvious advantages, it can be noted that there are never problems with parking here.

It's a nice place, glamorous. Good hookahs, a good menu, vegetarians will have a hard time, a large bar menu and soft drinks. A good bar counter and a letterbox. There is a giant parking lot. The prices are reasonable.

Hookah is good, service is acceptable, but something needs to be done with food, invite the chef's nonsense to put things in order for you in the taste of dishes, if you can't do it yourself. Everything you ordered was on the level: you can eat, since there is no time to go anywhere else. Does anyone taste your food before giving it away? Or just look more or less normal on the outside and give it away?

I tried tartar made of marbled beef from food, the sauce for it is sooooo garlic. It was so-so to sit next to a young man afterwards... a big green salad, well, not at all BIG.
There were very few people in the establishment and the toilets were so dirty that it was scary to go in, it was also shared. The waiters were great, very attentive, tasted the wine, they talked very well about everyone.

The steaks were not that deep-fried, but okay, since I'm trying for the first time, I had to wait long enough and the dishes were not hot, but warm. Pleasant service in terms of attitude and patience, it was really very nice of the waiter to spend so much time to help choose a dish and cocktail (I don't eat or drink a lot because of allergies, so often the choice is delayed very much).

We arrived in Minsk for 2 days, we thought we would go to different places, but we were very lucky and we came to the NEFT restaurant and returned again more than once. The best hookah bar in Minsk. Prices for water are high, as well as for food, but hookahs are cheaper and better than in mint. Round the clock. The atmosphere is very pleasing. We haven't tried hookah, but apparently hookah should be the best in the world, since the institution has such a rating. But, most likely, the reviews are purchased.
The hostess at the entrance of the collective farm looks like from the market of the late 90s. Communicates the same way.
The waiters are quite friendly and professional. Diluted the unpleasant impression of the hostesses.

The breakfast dishes are great, and so is the coffee! We visited in the morning and no one smoked a hookah. It smelled slightly fruity, so it was comfortable to be there. The music was playing loudly, but we were alone, so we asked if we could turn it down while there were no people. And they didn't refuse us! The service is excellent! Such pleasant waiters as Igor have not been met for a long time. He was very friendly and unobtrusive, attentive, knows all the menus and dishes! It's so nice to be served by a professional! Yesterday I was there for the first time with a friend. One of the advantages is the polite waiters. The food is ordinary. I ordered two identical cocktails. The first one was delicious. And the second one is tasteless because it's a full glass of ice. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. I won't come here anymore.
