Разбила любимый лазер мужа, думала ему уже хана, но в сервисе нержавейка помогли , смогли заменить побитые запчасти , цена адекватная. Ремонт занял 2 недели , нужен был заказ запчастей, а так все ок .

Отдали на диагностику перфоратор(сверлил, но перестал бить). На перфораторе оставался полностью рабочий патрон. Вернули разломанный патрон в пакетике с комментарием что не могут собрать, сломалась защёлка когда разбирали. В акте указали неисправными абсолютно всё, включая весь ударный механизм перфоратора, и сломанный ими же патрон.
