The director later called back and apologized, but the whole situation looks like a scheme: managers mislead, and put the client in front of the fact. Be prepared for the fact that the promised conditions may change, and you will have to fight to defend them. The management apologizes, but judging by the reviews, the system does not change.

You have a choice either not to inspect or, as in the best houses in Paris, to inspect tiles in the snow. This is the bravo service. I imagine a woman choosing a tile and going to the warehouse to inspect it, laying it out among the movers in the snow.😆 And the fact that you call your movers and tell them to help. It doesn't change the case. It looks VERY BAD from the outside. There are no such problems in that store with the letter M. In general, I will remember the purchase of tiles for a long time.
