When the driver refused to pay, he was rude and threatened to pick up the goods. The director later called back and apologized, but the whole situation looks like a scheme: managers mislead, and put the client in front of the fact. Be prepared for the fact that the promised conditions may change, and you will have to fight to defend them. The management apologizes, but judging by the reviews, the system does not change.
