I have stayed at this hotel 2 times already. Wonderful and friendly staff who are ready to help with every question every minute. Beautiful view of Ararat from the hotel. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel

The location is on a high terrain, go to the center or go down. There are no parks or other places within walking distance where you can take a walk. Our rooms were old, the plaster was peeling, the lampshade was falling off, the TV was not working, the shower cabin was leaking, stains on the carpet. Garbage is taken out of the cleaning every day. There is an air conditioner. The breakfasts are not very tasty. The best is pita bread and cheese (if you like salty national). But the view of the city is gorgeous. Mother Armenia was visible through our windows. Others in the corridor looked at Ararat, which is rarely seen in the heat. If there are no special complaints, then you can come to spend the night after walks and excursions.

+ The staff speaks Russian well
+ They were very polite when they took pictures, offered to hold the jacket and said goodbye when they got into a taxi, they were pleasantly surprised by the kindness!
+ We found a room on the 7th floor, clean. There were towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kettle, TV, refrigerator and a mini bar inside for an additional fee.cost
+Floor, walls, windows, linen, everything was clean, garbage was thrown out of the cleaning and beds were made, personal belongings were not touched
+Beautiful view of Ararat and Mother Yerevan
Minuses:
- Breakfast is about nothing. Just come to drink tea with sandwiches. It's the same thing every day: porridge, rice, sausages, omelette, eggs, cereals, cucumber and tomato salad, sausage, bread, pita bread, green, black, berry tea and instant coffee drinks. Everything is tasteless. The sausages are tired, they didn't dare to eat the eggs.
- Friends came across a dirty room, the curtains were torn off, there was a hole in the bed, the phone was broken, the toilet was dirty and the window did not close. We looked at the other two rooms, they were the same. We must have been lucky.
-Good audibility of neighboring rooms. Be prepared to hear people 3 rooms to your left, right and opposite, and you can be heard in the same way, in the corridor too
-The lamp was flashing in the bathroom, the water in the shower is very difficult to adjust
- There is one outlet in the room!!!
For your money, this is a wonderful, and perhaps the best hotel that we could find. For that kind of money, I would come back here again, but in a clean room

Check-in is around the clock, buffet breakfast, very hearty and varied breakfast, the food is delicious, there is pita bread, tortillas, and much more. There was a good reception hall (but for some reason there was no clock with Moscow time). Wonderful views of the city, the motherland and Ararat. And that's basically all.
It's just terrible on the floors (in particular on the third and seventh), as if corpses were dragged along the palaces and traces were poorly washed.
The carpet in the room is appropriate, the window frame does not close tightly, because one hinge is broken and blows very hard (I imagine how cold it is because of this in winter). The bed is at floor level, and even if you don't sit on it, you fall through. Shampoo and gel are not washed at all.
We could write about breakfast separately.... But in one word - inedible. I especially remember two healthy plates of bitter cottage cheese, and rice porridge, in which it was difficult to find rice.
Only the salad was edible (every day is different) and the jam is unclear from what (apricot with something?).
Oh yes, tea (probably instant) in iron kettles.

Nice hotel near the center. The staff is polite, they speak Russian and English well. The rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful view from the window. There is a refrigerator with drinks for an additional fee. cost. There is a laundry service. There is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. On the downside, there is a rather meager selection of breakfast dishes. Basically, it's always an omelet with sausages and porridge. But even with this choice, you can eat a hearty meal.

The linen is immaculate, the towels are boiling white, there are enough detergents. The mattresses are not new, but they are still quite suitable for a good night's sleep. We have already been to this hotel three times and we will only stay in it. The reception staff is very attentive and will always help if there are difficulties with booking (for example).
The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. I don't even understand why people underestimate this hotel so much, although it is much better than some hotels in the center.
The breakfasts are good, the selection is large, everything is fresh and you can always choose something to your taste.
Everything is clean, towels are changed every day.
The rooms are warm, and if it is not warm enough, then there is an air conditioner that will quickly heat up the room.

Do not come and do not book at this hotel, I was in October, I booked the viscount's room, I arrived, they said that there was no room, there was another one twice as expensive, I showed the reservation coupon - they began to talk like real gypsies pretending that they did not understand a single word of mine! Good afternoon. The hotel is located high on a mountain with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat and the whole of Yerevan is visible. It takes 5 minutes to get to the center by taxi. I liked everything in the hotel, the good staff is friendly, there is a bar in the room for a fee, breakfast (buffet) is included in the price. I recommend it for such a nominal fee.

Отель расположен высоко, до центра идти 30 минут по крутому спуску. Рядом есть супермаркеты с водой и сладостями.
При заселении в отель пришлось скандалить - к 14:00 номер не был готов. Девушка на ресепшене говорила, что всего 5 уборщиц и что они не успевают вовремя. Я подходила к ней несколько раз и говорила, что они не выполняют свои обязательства, что портят впечатление о стране, крадут мое время. Девушка говорила, что сама уберет номер, если он не будет готов через 25 минут. В общем, через 2 часа отдали ключи. В отзывах писали, что задерживали номер и на большее время. Причем ждала не я одна, ещё китайцы были, но они были более вежливы, чем я и ждали дольше.
На фото вид из окна первого этажа - на панораму города и крышу. Завтрак начинается в 9:00. Есть растворимый кофе, сливки порционные, чай в пакетиках, молоко. Периодически ставили графин с соком. Всегда был свежий хлеб и лаваш - матнакаш (пышный армянский). Яичница, каши, сосиски, творог, курица. В холодильниках напитки платные. Сыр и колбаса не вкусные. Выбор есть.
Сам номер просторный (2хместный стандарт), есть шкафы и тумбочки. Нет фена, не было горячей воды в кране. Розетки на весь номер две - одна из которых расшатана и не держит вилку. Заряжать телефон пришлось в ванной. Есть кондей и телевизор. Нет холодильника.
Также в отеле был заявлен бассейн - он не работает (не удивительно).
В день выезда позвонили в номер и спросили, не хочу ли я продлить номер. Лучше бы они так бодро людей заселяли.

In general, I did not book this hotel myself, but I was moved to it because of the rallies in the center of Yerevan.
Of the advantages :
- they were settled earlier than the scheduled time
- view from the window
- change towels only if you throw them on the floor
- there are slippers
-the water pressure is good and the water is hot
Minuses:
- thin walls, just paper, bright and cheerful Armenians walked in my room next door for two nights in a row until morning. I am glad of their disposition, but not when I need to sleep
- next to my room there was either a staff storage room or something. But the cleaners hung out there all day, and talked loudly
- for all six days they added only one set of shampoo and gel
- the floor has not been cleaned once (excuse me for the details , but my hair just lay there, even though I try to collect it
- the bed creaks even if you just sit on it

When checking in, I was told(the owner of the apartment from whom I originally booked), that my breakfast was included, at the reception they said that it was not. In the morning, I come to the reception, pay 3,000 AMD, and go to breakfast. They didn't give me a check or a ticket or anything. But!!! They said at the issuance that I am still on the lists🤷🏻♀️ I called the hostess again and clarified, she said that there were breakfasts, then that there were none. In short, hello to the administrator, I hope he had a great walk on my three thousand, after that I did not pay for the breakfast that I was supposed to have. I don't know who negotiated with whom there (maybe they wanted to share it later), but the impression of this scheme is not very good.

The equipment of each room is like a lottery. You never know what will be in the room, what will not be, and what will be, but it will be broken.
The set of the mini-bar is always different. The presence of a TV remote control is as lucky as you are. Also with the availability of disposable slippers. When checking in, they sometimes give bottles of drinking water, and sometimes they forget. Sometimes something is broken from furniture and plumbing.
What is inevitable all the time is that the carpet in the rooms is stained with dirt.
Breakfast is the same every day. But there is an assortment to choose from.
But the price of this hotel is two times lower than in others.
The city center is 10 minutes away by Yandex taxi for 700-800 AMD.

When we were checked in, we were shocked by the room, the carpet was stained on the floor, it was just disgusting to walk, the shower was flowing, the toilet was flushing badly, dirty, a terrible spring mattress - So we spent the night.
The next day, we calmly talked with the administrator and we were checked into a room with a new carpet with a "non-leaking shower" and given an extra blanket on the mattress for softness, the mattress itself was also newer. By the way, the view from the hotel to the mountains and the center is really not far away.
Cleaning up every day, but in fact they just take away the garbage (a small bucket in the toilet, there are no more dumps), put a new roll of paper and THAT's IT
There are no sockets, 2 free for the whole room in the toilet and in the corner of the room, the devices were charged in turn.
Towels were not changed in the first days, but simply folded those that were, after the remark they were changed regularly. The carpet was not vacuumed until I had to poke my nose, on day 3 we found someone else's empty bottle behind the chair, apparently from previous guests, there are beautiful but dead chairs in the room, the shower is flowing, washing from 500 drams PER THING, a car from 30,000 drams per day (killed outlander) we certainly did not take it.
Breakfasts suck, cheap, poorly cooked food, TV stopped working on day 6 stay out of 7 (maybe fixed)
THE SADDEST THING FOR ME WAS THAT ON THE 3RD DAY OF ARRIVAL WE CAME TO THE ROOM AT ABOUT 7 P.M. AND THE KEY WAS IN THE DOOR (the cleaner forgot it, and the cleaning was up to 14 o'clock)
The receptionist began to defend herself and say that she had just left him, but it was a lie

In general, while I was writing, I realized that 3 stars.
We got 122,000 drams (30,000 rubles) in 7 days and probably shouldn't have expected much, but we can't say that we were satisfied with the hotel. We will come to Armenia again, but for the same money we will rent our own accommodation, because the hotel does not provide anything except a cot and toilet paper.

Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный.Расположение не понравилось, вокруг прогуляться негде, до центра пешком с крутой горы минут 20 мимо стройки и частного сектора. Номера просторные, в номере на 4 этаже было грязно, но постельное бельё было чистым, лейка душа отвалилась при первом же использовании. Правда это быстро исправили после обращения на ресепшн. Завтрак вполне себе приличный.

Upon leaving the hotel, I went to the reception to give the room keys, at that moment a taxi was already waiting for me, to which I was told that according to international standards, the room must first be accepted. I would like to remind you that according to international standards, the room should be cleaned every day, and not when it works, because there were excuses that a lot of people settled in and we did not have time to clean your room. I received an answer to the request to give an iron , wait 10 minutes, after waiting 20 minutes it was never brought, I contacted the reception again, they told me to wait 10 minutes, after 15 minutes I just left in different clothes, because it is simply impossible to spend so much time waiting for an iron. But waiting for the iron is not the biggest problem. Asking for 3 times and also expecting toilet paper in a room where 3 people live is simply beyond the scope of INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS! The rooms themselves are quite good, but if you decide to go with a company of 3-4 people, then 2 people will have to sleep on cots from the last century, one on wooden slats on which the back just leaves the chat, the other on springs and the back goes numb no less. You will spend more money on restoring your health. But the most interesting thing is this: upon check-in, the receptionist said that we have a paid minibar in our room. Well, there is and there is. Later, when we decided to put the purchased products in the refrigerator, we laughed because it was completely empty and did not attach any importance to it. And so on departure, when accepting a room, this receptionist says that you drank the whole bar!!! They show me a photo of a refrigerator filled with wine and various sodas with the signature of the room! And they say that I have to pay for it! Being in complete shock, realizing that I have already accumulated waiting for a taxi, I begin to figure it out and say that this is not our refrigerator, which they shrug their hands at. Eventually, after making a scandal, they let me go. But if you still decide to stay at this hotel, check absolutely everything in the presence of the administrator! So that you don 't get cheated for money !
The only positive thing about this hotel is the view of the mountain and the sweet, kind woman who works in the dining room. The breakfasts themselves are boring.

В отеле оказался случайно. Бронировал один, но они меня переселили в этот, якобы на класс выше.
Из положительного: приятные люди на ресепшене. На этом пожалуй всё;
Из минусов:
1) Грязь: Почти по всему отелю положен ковролин, который когда-то предполагалось, что будет бежевым, но, вероятно, из-за отсутствия должного ухода он стал скорее серо-коричневого цвета с пятнами. Крайне неприятное зрелище...
2) Течет душ: душевая кабинка течет со всех сторон, и выходя из душа вокруг все в лужах. Пришлось стелить полотенца по всему полу. В связи с чем их категорически не хватало на свои нужды. Мастер пришел, но сказал, что герметик будет сильно пахнуть.
3) Отсутствие уборки: С уборкой у них вообще непонятные дела. В первые 3 дня ко мне вообще никто не приходил, несмотря на то, что я по несколько раз в день просил на ресепшене, чтобы ко мне прислали убраться, и что мне нужны дополнительные полотенца. В итоге в конце третьего дня я все же поймал уже саму уборщицу. Из уборки она заменила мне полотенца и дала дополнительные, и заправила кровать, белье не меняла. И чудесным образом ко мне пришли убраться на следующий день, и даже заменили пододеяльник, оставив все остальное. Больше ко мне никто не приходил...
4) Кровать вся перекошенная. Благо в первый день пришел мастер и чуть-чуть ее подправил.
5) Отсутствие шумоизоляции — это отдельная песня. Пару дней было тихо, но потом поселились веселые соседи, которые делали что угодно ночью, только не спали. Я слышал как они занимались любовью, разговаривали, смотрели телевизор, бродили по коридору.
6) Розетки старые, из них все выпадает, и их почему-то всего две и находятся они в очень странных местах. В итоге рядом с кроватью не было ни одной,
7) Очень скудный завтрак. Изо дня в день одно и то же. Вареные яйца пару раз попадались полусырые (то есть прям даже белок жидкий). Очень странные блюда как спагетти с тушенкой, но без самой тушенки.
8) В ресторане ценник высокий, но это можно пережить. Заказал сендвич с курицей и беконом. В итоге принесли холодный сэндвич, сделанный из обычного хлеба для тостов за почти $7. Могли бы хоть обжарить...
9) В один из дней не было электричества полдня.
10) После электричества целый день не было горячей воды. Об отключениях никого не предупреждали.
11) В номере нет ни холодильника, ни чайника

The most meager : two types of pita bread, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, instant coffee, omelet, eggs and green. No juices , fruits and vegetables . The cakes were cut into milipizdric pieces. In the end, they could not immediately accept the number , I waited for 15 minutes until they got up and checked everything ( this is the first time I have come across this ) . Why there are 4 stars here is unclear . I definitely do not recommend it, 16k drams is not worth it

I do not recommend visiting until the repair is completed. I can't say about the whole hotel, but the lower floors are in poor condition. The carpet is very dirty, the smell is terrible, there is almost no light, like in a cave. There is an electric kettle, but there are no glasses and tea and coffee itself. Отель с очень большими панорамными окнами и это круто. Но окна давно нужно помыть!!! Если что-то сломалось, сделают лет через 5. Всё прихожится просить. Мыло, одноразовые наборы, может в номере ничего не быть. Халатов нет. Кровати уже скрипят. В номерах есть телевизор, кондиционео. В принципе чисто

Мы приехали 2 парами в 22:00, нам дали быстро 2 номера стандарт. К сожалению не предупредили, что заказ еды в отеле возможен до 22:30 в итоге остались голодными, так как провозились с номерами и доставку уже так же оформить не успели.
У друзей номер оказался грязным без телевизора на 1 этаже, они попросили заменить. Дали им 514 номер, в нем был сломан душ, текло из под кабины, сломана кровать 3 ламелии и в целом уставший номер, друг просидел до часа ночи в попытке того, чтобы починили все или заменили, но ничего даже на 2 день не произошло, но так как мы были там 2 дня они забили и прожили так.
У нас в номере 212 так же подтекала душевая кабина, тек унитаз так как кнопка смыва была сломана, трещал светильник, но нам частично починили на 2 день и мы забили на остальные недостатки. Завтрак был вкусный, полотенца чистые и гигиенические наборы полные и в целом мы пешком дошли до центра минут за 20, поэтому за расположение и завтраки поставила 3.

In general, I liked everything except the mattresses on the beds, they are not good in all rooms.
