Если хотите испортить себе отдых, то этот отель вам подойдёт. А теперь по порядку: 1. Парковки у отеля нет, хотя заявлено. Если повезёт найдёшь место рядом, если нет, то подожди пока шумные клиенты шаурмы рядом разъедутся и ты припаркуешься. 2. На ресепшен вам дадут «лучший номер» и в нём вы найдёте потеки от потопов, плесень, тошно у на ковролине и бьющей в нос запах химии для этого самого ковролина, видимо чтобы перебить запах плесени. 3. Света в номере хватать не будет, даже если включить весь, ведь половина перегорела. 4. Если повезёт кондиционер заработает, если нет то шум с улицы и молодёжи от рядом стоящий шаурмы вам поможет не грустить. 5. На ресепшен вам будут обещать компенсацию всех неудобств и обязательно скажут что разберутся с вопросом, ну если вас что-то не устроит вы можете уехать и деньги вам вернут Спойлер: не вернут. Приехали заселяться с семьей с ребёнком. Ехали из Еревана на машине, приехали в 20:00 уставшие, подписали все документы, поднялись в номер и ужаснулись. Бронь была оплачена с 14 мая по 18 мая. Нам предложили заменить номер, но из-за отсутствия паркинга и состояния номеров мы отказались, ресепшен сказал что вернёт деньги в течение двух дней. Далее мы поехали искать новую гостиницу и нашли, но вот деньги нам ни кто возврвщать не собирался. Отель сказал что мы обманываем по поводу состояния номера когда я написала в поддержку. Далее отель сказал напишите нам официальное письмо мы ответим в течение суток, никто не ответил. Худший отель который можно было выбрать, жаль потерянные деньги и испорченное настроение. Жаль фото больше не сделала, но по ним уже все ЯСНО.

I think there are problems everywhere, the main thing is how soon they are solved. Water is put in every day, 0.5 per person. There is a kettle, tea, coffee. Comfortable beds, pillows and warm blankets, and the bed linen and towels are snow-white. There are small hygiene items in the bathroom. The bathroom was pleased with the size in this room. The breakfasts are without wow, but normal, you won't be hungry. Autumn is a delicious coffee. The rooms are well cleaned. The main feature of the hotel is the breakfast terrace. That's a wow! View of the whole city from the 10th floor. There is a metro, shops, currency exchanges, a pharmacy nearby, and a red double-decker bus stops at the mercy. There's a delicious pastry shop on the corner of the square. The place at the hotel is wonderful, but I absolutely do not recommend the shawarma, which is right next to the 12 lari hotel, super small and there is nothing to eat in it, we stood for 20 minutes and could not understand the chaos that was inside the staff.
