Terrible service and post-warranty service. The vacuum cleaner was given away from repair in terrible condition and without all the equipment, it is impossible to use it. It's terrible, they were going to give it to me, with flabby wheels and mud all over it. I left it, I've been waiting for two weeks - no one has called back and they don't give a clear answer. I don't recommend it. It is not clear how this will end.

The ordered product was not delivered. I waited until 24:00. No one even called back that the delivery was delayed or rescheduled for another day. The result is a wasted evening and an order from another store. I do not recommend using this store if the quality of services is important to you.
