I have to update my review, because this time the pho bo soup turned out to be even tastier than last time. Definitely: if you want to fall in love with this soup, then definitely come here (order from here). The large portion is really pleasing - the amount of ingredients is just great (especially the amount of greens). The temperature of the dish is ideal for immediate consumption. One of the disadvantages (and this has already become a trend in many Asian cafes in Minsk) is replacing lime with lemon (it already seems to me that you should bring your own lime with you, no matter how comical it may be) and trying to replace the right pepper with some kind of its analogue, which generally did not worsen the taste of the dish. Just the best fo bo in the city today. Blissful state for 30-60-100 minutes is guaranteed))) Regarding tom yam (negative review below), I can say that seafood in Belarus (except crayfish) is not found and cafes are very dependent on the integrity of suppliers, and you can spoil the same mussels for tom yam in 10-20 minutes, so it's easier to avoid soups in which you cannot appreciate the freshness of the products, especially going on a long journey))
