I really liked the hotel. Good location. A 15-minute walk to the sea. The maids clean very cleanly and conscientiously. Linen is changed every 4-5 days. We even had our beds changed two days before we left. Towels were changed on demand, at least every day. Toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoos - just enough. Special thanks to the canteen staff. Very tasty and high quality. The hotel has two shifts of chefs. One shift was fed pasta and chicken string gravy called goulash. But the other shift (unfortunately, I don't know the names of the women, this shift worked from 26.09 to 1.10) - these are very cool chefs! There are always at least two salads to choose from, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled eggplant and pepper. Raisins were served with the milk porridge. And this shift did not spare meat for vacationers. And boiled eggs were served two per serving, not one at a time, like other cooks. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Marina, the manager, is a very pleasant and helpful person. In general, the impressions are the most pleasant. Yes, cats run around, but vacationers are to blame because they throw them pieces from the table.

I had a rest with my son on 08/05/2025-08/10/2025.The room was located on the 4th floor, the Windows overlooked the monastery, but judging by the reviews of other visitors, we were lucky (there are construction sites and a bathroom at the back of the hotel).The room is clean and spacious, the linen is fresh, the soap and shower are delicious, the water is always there, the pressure is good, the air conditioner was constantly working, even covered with blankets.The room was cleaned daily, even bed linen and towels were changed.Within walking distance of all the beauty, canteens (we ate in the Central One, no complaints at all), the beach is also close. We are satisfied with everything, thank you!

The sea is relatively close along a shady alley, near a park, cafes, shops, the Novoafon monastery, Stalin's cottage, the Novoafon cave, the cable car, the Anakopian fortress - all within walking distance. About the hotel itself. The territory is well maintained, everything is clean, the staff is trying their best. We got a room on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, take this into account, who is with suitcases. The Internet (wi-fi) in the room did not catch!!, in response to our numerous requests to resolve the issue, nothing was done. And it's always super important to me. They refused to provide another number. There is no hair dryer in the room, no drinking water, and an iron and ironing board on the floor. There is a refrigerator and a TV with several channels. The bathroom leaves much to be desired - the smell of sewage, an unstable swinging toilet and poorly draining water in the shower. On nutrition. The dining room is outside under a roof, but without walls, and it's already cold in the morning and evening in September, especially if there's a breeze. Meals are 3 meals a day, without a choice. The girls try to make something delicious from a minimal set of products, but alas, everything is very modest. You will not see meat, fish, vegetables and fruits here. On the very first day we went to a local cafe for a barbecue)) And the saddest thing for me is the cats, cats and kittens, there are 10 of them here, and they all look into your mouth with hungry eyes, and then they jump on the table to finish eating from the plates. I love cats very much, I feel sorry for them, but I won't send my tourists here, so as not to listen to them later. Since you have bred the animals, dear hotel staff, at least feed them so that they do not beg from the guests. Why choose this hotel? I've been to many hotels in New Athos, and I know them. Nikopoli has high ratings, I wanted to check it out. In this case, the price of accommodation did not match the quality, unfortunately. P.S. I am a travel agent, but on vacation I try not to talk about it in order to feel the attitude of the hotel staff as an ordinary tourist.
