As an Indian tourist visiting Almaty, I had a very upsetting experience at Nikulin Bar on 3rd April. During our visit, we unfortunately lost a bag containing cash at the venue. What followed was even more disappointing than the loss itself. When we approached the staff for help, they took the situation very lightly and showed little to no concern. We went back twice during our trip, hoping for some assistance or at least basic cooperation in checking if the bag had been found or turned in. However, each time we were met with indifference. There was no serious effort to help, no empathy, and no sense of responsibility toward customers. As tourists in a new country, we expected at least some level of support or understanding. Instead, the complete lack of concern made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. Experiences like this leave a very negative impression of not just the establishment, but the overall sense of safety in the city. I would strongly urge the management to train their staff to handle such situations with more seriousness, empathy, and accountability.

I went into a bar, and there were a lot of people here! I order my favorite cocktail, and the bartender says that the main ingredient has run out. Well, we'll have to improvise! They offered an alternative option, and you know what? It turned out to be even better than the original! Now I have a new favorite drink. The bartender is a handsome man! I recommend this place if you want to try something new.

"We visited the Nikulin bar on pr. Nazarbayeva street, 124. At first, the cramped space was a bit overwhelming — 50 people inside, so it was a bit hot, especially with the DJ playing. But vibe is really cool: good cocktails, live music, friendly security and smiling staff.
