Of course, they did not admit guilt, allegedly a coincidence. I agreed, since they promise to take over the costs, except for repairs from a third-party company. But these are controversial points. I was annoyed by the attitude - after the breakdown I sat in the cabin for 30 minutes - as it turned out, no one did anything. They promised to call - until he called after 6 hours, no one reported anything, the phone was not picked up, they hung up. All the plans were thwarted. Anyway, apparently I was there last time, the degradation is obvious.
