I really liked the water aerobics in Nordin! An attentive coach will correct and explain everything, you can also swim 15 minutes before the start of the lesson or turn on the hydro massage gun and do a little massage under water. I really liked the pool, changing rooms and showers with blinds, and the general atmosphere! I recommend it!!!
