Average stay Overall, poor experience - for this price I’d recommend to consider smth else ROOMS: small and worn out, mattress isn’t comfortable, pillows too. Bathroom with a shower, all bathroom necessities are available upon request. LOCATION: very centric. 20min drive from the airport, different shops and restaurants are in a walking distance or 5-10min drive. FOOD: average breakfast buffet 6:30-10:30am. Basic meals are available but they are not tasty. FACILITIES: awful wi-fi - works with interruptions & no connect from phone, gym 24h, hammam (6am-1am) STAFF: inattentive - for example, room service entered our room despite “Do not disturb” sign located on the door-handle.

Sadly we were only here for one night on our Trans-Siberian trip but it's a great hotel in a good location for sightseeing. Central Yetkaterinburg is all walkable and there are some great restaurants/bars nearby. Hotel also has a good restaurant/cafe-bar which we used for a late night supper. Breakfast was best of whole trip. Spacious dining room and huge choice. Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, and there is a super hamman in the basement. Staff were great, helped us set up a video call with a wifi booster. Just wished we had longer in the city.
