It depends on which side to look at: 1) the products are of high quality and I did not observe large queues for loading; 2) the equipment in the workshops is modern and new; 3) the authorities are adequate; 4) The PO is adequate and is always paid on time. And now for the cons: 1) it is relatively hot in the workshops, especially in summer; 2) although there are filters and hoods, there is 100% no protection from dust; 3) if you have a "weak" stomach, visit the dining room carefully :)
