But the next day they called back and said that I had to stretch them and no money would be returned to me))))) the store owner clearly has a lack of gray matter or a completely empty box on her shoulders. I'm going to court tomorrow with a statement of claim because this is consumer deception, if they had told me at first that I needed to stretch something, then I would never have ordered it in my life. Further, our situation is even more interesting with the purchase of our beautiful bed with a mattress. There will be an X day for delivery. They called us 4 times. From the store, we decided on the time and day of delivery. And that , as a result , our order was not delivered to us 4 times . And we are still waiting . Already on January 30, 2026. Dear store management. New city , please bring us our bed with a mattress . How long can you wait and mock people?
