Do you remember the chef who effectively sprinkles salt on meat, taking his hand aside, as if conducting an orchestra? Yes, yes, the same Nusret, who became a meme and a legend in one person. In addition to his luxury meat restaurants, he also launched a more democratic project — Saltbae Burger. We came across a branch in Galata, just a couple of minutes walk from the tower. The atmosphere is stylish, with a touch of chic: clean, modern, without crowds and fuss. There are different types of burgers, steaks and snacks on the menu, but the trick remains the same: beautiful serving, juicy meat and a signature gesture with salt, which the waiters repeat with a smile. Since I had already eaten a fish sandwich, I had to feed my man a branded Saltbae Burger. It is served on a metal tray, with crispy French fries in a heavy metal bucket — all according to the canon of the “industrial suite". We were asked several times if I was definitely not going to eat, and Kirill was looked at as if he was an abuser who did not give his woman food. But I tried the French fries anyway! The bun is soft but does not fall apart, the meat is juicy roast, deep flavor, the right spices, and the sauce perfectly complements the whole combination. However... In fact, we've tried better burgers. This one is delicious, I won't say anything, but we didn't find any zest in it for its price. Overall, it looks like a Black Star Burger, but without the chaos, sticky tables and queues.
