I celebrated my birthday here — everything went great! Conveniently, there are different areas: karaoke booths, a PlayStation somewhere, and a room with tables like in a restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, but at the same time comfortable. Special thanks to the staff: the waiters worked very organized, everything was brought on time and with a smile. I was particularly pleased with the way they congratulated me - it was clear that they themselves were in a good mood and were creating a holiday together with the guests. The place definitely left only positive impressions. I recommend it for meetings, vacations and holidays!

To get to the toilet, you need to go outside, and it seems to be shared by neighboring establishments. The women's toilet has been in need of repair for a long time: locks often do not work, doors do not close normally. There was a period when the bathroom wasn't working for about a week, and everyone had to use the men's bathroom. Unfortunately, the situation has not changed in five years, although I have already written about this institution before. Another disadvantage is the service in the booths. If you are sitting there, the service level drops noticeably: the hookah man and the waiter come in less often, even though they press the call button. Now about the advantages. The food is delicious. Previously, the menu was more diverse and interesting, now there are fewer items, but overall the quality of the dishes is good. The beer was removed, and only the tinctures were left. Hookahs are top: the staff will always prompt and help with the choice. Although it is worth noting that the team used to be more friendly, now the waiters often change. One of the features: you can not book tables in the common room, you can come only upon availability. Reservations are available only for cabins. Despite all the disadvantages, the Cloud remains a cool institution that I love very much and where I continue to enjoy going. I really hope that one day they will make a decent and comfortable bathroom here)))
