I recently came to this store with a child and faced an extremely unpleasant situation. While I was distracted, the seller stood next to my son and, in fact, watched him take a tomato from the shelf. Instead of politely warning the child that it was forbidden to take goods without permission, the store employee waited until he took the vegetable, and then demanded to pay for it. I was very outraged by this attitude. If the seller hadn't been standing next to me, I would have just taken the child and prevented this situation. This behavior of the staff causes disappointment and distrust. It is a pity that this store does not take care of the comfort of customers and does not show basic respect for families with children. I hope the management will take action and pay attention to the quality of service.
