He did not provide either a sample or a written list. As people who don't work with documents every day, we don't have to know what certain papers should look like and what they should contain. And when I arrived around 11 o'clock with a redone statement, I was presented with "where have you been before?". But the statement was eventually accepted. It would be correct to make a stand / folder with sample documents, or prescribed instructions for these documents, which can be recorded by means of photography for further actions with these documents in order to assemble the necessary package of documents the first time and not waste additional resources in the form of fuel and time at least. The only advantage is that the queue is not so large and moves relatively quickly.

Работа не организована, после 18:00 работает только одно окно, если идет оформление сделки, работа одного окна оказывается просто парализована, и людям которые пришли получить какую либо выписку, оформить собаку или кошку, и др документы которые оформляются за 5 минут, сделать это становится невозможным, сотрудники хоть и вежливые, и делают качественно свою работу, но у их есть график работы, посетители в свою очередь тоже недовольны что приходится несколько дней ходить чтобы сделать простейшую процедуру. В связи с этим вопрос к руководству, так как организации работы просто нет. Еще в оказывается в 2026 году не работает по каким то причинам электронная очередь и приходится стоять друг за другом в коридоре.
