Worst kids room I’ve ever seen and impolite stuff

My impressions of the place are very pleasant. There is a children's room with lots of toys and a wonderful Lyudmila, who fascinated my son so much that we went there for 2 days in a row. The first hour of the children's room is free. Then - GEL 10 per hour. A large selection of dishes - breakfasts, lunches, desserts. The portions are normal in volume. The staff is trying their best. Of the desserts, I really liked the bird's milk cake, which is the most delicate souffle. The Wi-Fi is weak.

The food is normal, I waited for the pasta for a long time, 35-40 minutes, the wait was not worth it - not a delight. Very tasty salmon fur coat, good coffee. The staff downstairs can't give clear information about the children's room, which is strange, like go upstairs and find out, I'm with a small child who needs to be given information quickly whether it's working or not... - is it difficult to give knowledge to the staff? We were very unlucky to get into the period of the children's holiday, although there is technically a curtain there, but why close it? The volume of music and screams is all over the cafe, the animators can't handle the children, and the parents probably don't care - they're yelling and running all over the second floor. The program was also held exactly during the lunch period in the children's room, that is, the rest of the children should sit and watch the fun, having no alternative (they found out about lunch in the playroom after ordering food, but they couldn't tell us about it downstairs...). Perhaps we were unlucky, but the dry Result is that the kitchen is mediocre, with individual diamonds, and the organization of space is very lame. We came here for the sake of gaming, we won't come again, there are more minuses than pluses
