Highly recommended for all, including foreigner travelling here. As a foreigner working with a picky job in Moscow, i would say so far there r few places that met my minimum standard for fine dining, until Olluco. Food wise is definitely above average, and taking into account of the price, i would regard it as surprisingly good. The cocktail, Red Desert, is so far my all time favorite in Moscow, the perfect n subtle combination of fresh, long lasting, softly strong taste, kicked off a mesmerizing dining experience. That's not to say the others r not worth trying. But what made me fell in love with this place, are not the things that might be elaborated in soild details. The very delicately designed, cherished, with extreme attention paid to details. And in the end, it's an uniquely harmonious dining atmosphere, which effectively calms n relexes u down, both from visusal n auditory perspective. Much better than birds lounge, white rabbit, n other premium restaurants i visited here(my apologies in advance n that's just my personal opinion). I don't wanna end my comment in a serious manner, so if u r male guest who enjoys aesthetic thing, even their male restroom offers a different angle of experience. btw, i would say i really appreciate all the waiters n chef trying to explain their creative masterpiece food for me in English, this was one of the few times that i don't understand 80% but enjoyed beyond 100%.
