We have only recently returned from a tour in Transcarpathia.
I want to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful holiday organization. Professionalism at the highest level!
Every stop on the road has been thought out, everything is fine-tuned and coordinated. The accompanying Alexander is the real leader of the group, tells and explains in such a way that even additional questions do not have to be asked. He is very friendly and helpful, ready to answer any question, suggest and advise how best. The quality of leisure for tourists, comfort and satisfaction are really important to the travel agency. At the end of the trip, we collected feedback from tourists in questionnaires, which means that they want to improve and take into account everyone's opinion.
The hotel was equipped with included breakfasts and dinners.
It turned out to relax both body and soul))

We went on a SPA tour in Transcarpathia in May 2019. Everything was very good before departure. The escort was constantly unable to organize tourists, did not have information about who paid for what in the office. The city guides were 2+.
