You arrive in 30 minutes, and the seller in the store says that the goods have not been there for 3 days. You call the information center of Om from the store and they tell you there are 3 pcs. The result is 2 hours of killed time. The next day, the same situation in the store on Vaneeva. The result in 2 days came to 2 stores and left empty-handed from both and 4 hours of dead time. Just in case, I made an order online - they can deliver it to the store. In the orders, half of the order was canceled from the left and right hinges for the cabinet, only the left one was left in the order. A mess considering the goods.

Today we chose a lamp. Going into a special room, we asked the consultant girl to help with the choice and pick up a lamp that will well illuminate the room according to the quadrature. Which was followed by a charming comment "well, you have to look," then the girl showed a single lamp. While she was trying to tell something about him, a girl approached her with a question about an extension cord, after which our consultant safely left us and never returned. They left without a lamp, because they did not wait for the consultation we needed.
The only thing that deserves a really good evaluation is a beautiful girl in the infocenter. Very positive and pleasant. Although for some time they were waiting for the delivery due to the queue, but after communicating with her, the negative left by the consultant subsided a little. Therefore, I put three stars. It would be more if it were not for such an attitude towards customers.
