I was very disappointed with the store and the sellers working in it! Barcodes were not indicated on the product! It was not possible to buy the product. The seller did not come to the checkout after 3 calls. They refused to buy an incomplete set of goods in this store. We partially refunded the money for the product! Our time was spent and together we could not complete the repair work on time. People have been let down!

I made the order through the online store. Often, in fact, there is no product in stock, although everything is on the site. I ordered several items of goods, only three were brought, although we previously agreed on delivery for several items of goods. I've been waiting for delivery for two weeks! The carrier is a third-party company, neither an invoice nor a receipt was provided. There was a discrepancy in the amount of the order and delivery. Managers do not want to work with the client, they ignore it! The problem could be solved by sending the goods or returning the overpaid funds, if of course you are interested in customers. They've been playing football from manager to manager for more than a week. With such now - no business !
Addition to the review: October 2023. According to my appeal, the issue was resolved, the missing goods were delivered! Not so fast, but still fulfilled their obligations.

The amazing ability of the staff at the OMA to transfer work to others. "Oh, I won't help you, look for the administrator." The price is both high, but discounts can be very successful in buying goods. Seasonal garden center and laughter and sin. The prices are space, the quality of the seedlings is terrible. And yet again, the staff who overflows or overdrys them. The choice in Oma is always cow's, it's not for nothing that buyers eat their bread. But train the staff, teach them how to speak, put price tags and know their products.

The consultant said that the warranty is 3 years, everything is simply made out through the instructions. It turns out that this is only in Russia, but it does not work in our Republic of Belarus. Consultants do not know what they are talking about, or they are deliberately lying!
They cheated with a guarantee, sold a defective item, refused to repair it!!!

I will never use the online store "Oma" again. Two of the two orders are not fulfilled normally. The last time the order was on the bedside table. The delivery time was postponed twice: the first time for several weeks, the second time for February. February! I check my product on the website and it says that it is out of stock.
The next day on the website, the product is available again with delivery already on November 25 (not February!), and for a price 14% higher than the previous one.
