Terrible service. When you email, you either get no response or a very delayed one. When you call, the line is often busy. This is not a good business model for a company like this. Either there should be enough staff to provide proper customer service, or you risk losing customers to competitors who can deliver the service you’re failing to provide.

Very poor customer service. They have unexpected conditions that are not mentioned on their website. For example, they provide a contact number and address, but in reality, the courier needs to add a WeChat contact first and call through it to get a response from the staff. When contacting customer service, you might even be asked, 'What do you suggest we do?'—which is very unprofessional. Of course, there are some specialists who do their best for customers, but most of their CS staff don’t know how to work with customers. A well-deserved 1-star rating!

This is the worst courier service ever. The orders aren’t delivered to the locker of my choice, next to my home. Instead, they randomly deliver to a distant locker, and you have to travel by car to get it. If you choose home delivery, you end up with the same situation, as the delivery isn’t made with a prior agreement, but on a random day and time. I haven’t chose onex, however, it was selected by temu, so I had no choice.

The service is pretty fast although there usually a lot of people there. They give a free bottle of water which is nice of them.

I've used it several times, and I'm very happy with it. All parcels were delivered quickly and at a reasonable cost. Only once on New Year's Eve there was a delay, and the rest of the time everything is clear. The staff is friendly, it's easy to get through, all questions are answered. I am grateful and will continue to use it if necessary.

They only call when they drive up to the house..I waited all day, I didn't go anywhere with the phone - I left for a couple of minutes and by closing time they called. In 20 minutes. I didn't have time to pick up the phone, they promised to bring it the next day, I called and talked to the courier. I haven't arrived yet, I've been waiting all day. Today it's open and no one is working, that is, I haven't had a parcel for 3 days.

I ordered an iPhone from the USA. The package has reached Liege (an intermediate airport in Belgium), and cannot travel further from there. The deadlines have already been postponed three times. I ordered delivery in November from America. The order was split into two parts. The second part was never received. Specifying the full cost of the order in the application (I ordered for the first time, I didn't know how to do it). I received a reply from Rima that because of my mistake I will have to pay the customs duty twice (I have already paid the first time). I threw away all the evidence that the payment was made and the order was placed for $ 630. They accused me that I specified the price incorrectly and couldn't do anything. After that, they offered to recalculate the fee (I was no longer obliged to pay it), I have been waiting for a response from the company for a month and a half. The staff won't answer the phone, but they send messages to the post office saying that there is no information about my order, and they refuse to call back to discuss this issue over the phone. I do not advise contacting this company and making orders through it. Disgusting attitude towards customers and no loyalty. It is worth noting that employees send suspicious receipts for payment to the bank. I've been trying to make a transfer using their banking details for two days. The bank refused. As a result, it turned out that this data was not intended for me, and when asked why I was being sent this data, the Rome employee said she was mistaken. At the same time, I clarified whether I need to make this transfer twice.

This is not the first time we have encountered the problem that Onex couriers who deliver orders from Temu allow themselves to be rude and dictate terms to the client. If I, as a customer, choose the DELIVERY point rather than pickup, it probably means that I can't go down and pick up the parcel. My mother and I have received calls more than once saying that they have nowhere to get up, so we need to quickly go down and pick them up. When they are told that a person has back pain and cannot come down, they hang up without even listening to the rest. What's that supposed to mean? This is the 5th case, if not more. Please pay attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order and specified their address, but due to some minor nuance, I was denied free shipping. Support didn't even try to help – just unsubscribes and links to the terms. Typical divorce: making loud promises, but in fact — looking for reasons not to fulfill them. I don't recommend contacting us if you don't want to pay more than you expected!

They work disgustingly in Georgia. Support does not actually work: there is no response by phone or email. They also do not respond in the live chat, either they close the applications themselves, or they do not respond for one or two hours and the chat closes itself. We lost quite a lot of orders in Greece. Courier delivery of orders was massively disrupted in April 2024. Delivery to the Delivo pick-up points works very poorly

I have ordered through them many times already - there were no problems. Unless there were severe delays in November/December 2022. Queues can be long at the main office, but oversized parcels are delivered separately with almost no waiting time. I also sent the parcel to the states - it was packed well, it arrived safely.

The delivery dates of parcels are not accurately estimated. Deliveries are regularly late. In December 2023, for some reason, the service with deliveries to lockers was canceled. I had to go to the central office on Koryuna Street after work, wait in line to receive my parcel. A frivolous attitude to their duties.

I ordered Legion Go via the "buy for me" function from the official Lenovo website. everything came in one piece, exactly the model that I indicated. I did not have to go to customs for customs clearance, I paid for everything through the website of the carrier company. Thus, instead of 15 kg, my product was made 25 kg, allegedly my size exceeds the permissible norms. I have to pay 38250 AMD. Because across the sea, 1 kg officially costs 1,500 drams. But in fact, I have all the goods of 15 kg, I honestly officially have to pay 22,500 drams. In a word, this is a company that has agreed with each other and wants to earn money out of the blue and think that people are stupid. In my words, I am sending you photos in which you can officially see their resolution, the permissible size, and in fact my size, which is and which does not exceed the permissible norm. Be careful, they always round up the whole to get a round sum. Especially if your order is a little heavy, be careful there are many more worthy companies that work honestly, for example, pam company prices are very low and affordable and there are no such fraudulent movements. Even I corresponded in Chinese stores and wrote that we have such movements. They were surprised and shocked at how people can be bred for money for exactly one month.

do not order any services from this company . the attitude towards people is disgusting , there is no support service , if there are problems , no one will help you , I ordered parcel delivery waited more than six months when it was delivered , I waited for the first parcel for more than half a year , the second was not fully delivered and still cannot give an answer where the rest is . the third time I ordered delivery , I went for the third month , nothing is known where the parcel is and what 's with it . all that can help you is promises that the issue will be resolved soon .

I ordered several times not very expensive iHerb type deliveries and last time I sent delivery from Amazon (laptop) through them. 1. Received delivery from iHerb. They sent an SMS, then the order in the postamate and the code. for 2 days, the display did not work at the postamate, i.e. it was impossible to enter the code. The postamates have a code scanner, but in the sms there was a link only to the address of the postamate. I guessed from someone else's code that it was possible to turn a set of characters into a bar code, and it worked. That's why it was impossible to immediately send a link to the bar code? 2. The laptop was delivered on December 31st. The order itself arrived at the warehouse on December 16. The statuses in the system are unclear, the bot is stupid, crashes, can't say anything about the case, has never contacted the operator. OK, I wrote an email. The next day, the order was sent to the airport, where it also lay motionless for several days. He wrote the letter again, and again the next day he moved on. Once in Armenia, I hung up again, but it was already December 27, the hustle and bustle, the holidays ... on December 29, I received several letters that the order would definitely be delivered in time, they would press on, keep your finger on the pulse, watch and on December 30 come pick it up in time. 30 paid the fee, received a couple more letters, the order status became "ready for delivery" at the Arabkir point. I arrived at the point, once they asked, and there was no time to get 31. They searched for the parcel for 10 minutes and reported that it was not in stock yet. But they agreed to send by courier 31 for free until 12. at 11:40, I write a message in the comments of the telegram channel that I do not understand how to contact and clarify where the order is. At 11:55 I got a call and agreed on delivery via Yandex Go. Everything arrived in time. Total: unclear statuses, incorrect information in the LC, ambiguous information in the LC of the mobile application (does not match), there are no notifications about the promotion. I don't know, maybe it's a coincidence, but I reminded you 3 times, 3 times the movement started right away, which is not cool. But they brought everything in one piece, tried not to delay, did not argue, did not conflict. In general, it is rather convenient to use the service. It is easy to pay, including the fee.

I had the "pleasure" of using Onex services. Of course, I expected that there might be problems, but I honestly did not expect that there would be problems at EVERY stage of delivery. I used the "Buy For Me" service. At first, Onex refused to make a purchase from the store listed in the list of stores they work with. Then the shipment from the warehouse was delayed for a week, explaining the lack of flights. I will never believe that there are no flights from Dubai to Armenia during the week. Then the delivery itself was delayed. Then the goods hung at customs for 2 weeks, and I had to get them out of there on my own, and neither Onex nor customs could explain why my personal presence was needed. By the way, as soon as I received a notification that I had to go to customs myself, Onex charged me for the delivery, and marked the goods as "Delivered". I didn't want to take the purchase away from customs on my own - it was big and heavy, but Onex said that it didn't matter, as soon as all the documents were in order, they would bring them to the office themselves, and I could pick them up from there - and so it turned out, but when I came for the parcel, I was surprised to find that I am expected to pay for the delivery - the same one that they charged me a few days ago. After 20 minutes of finding out, the money was still found, and I still took the purchase. But as a dry result - a lot of time spent (all together it took a month and a half), and nerves. It is impossible to reach the operators, but to their credit, the "callback" request is answered within an hour. The mail has been answered for several days. This was my first experience with Onex, and it will also be my last.
