The receptionist Irina is competent, friendly, the cleaning is carried out by a sweet kind woman Orza, thanks to the staff of this hotel, they created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this is the main thing for me. Our standard room on the ground floor is an ordinary good room. There is a cafe opposite the hotel where Uzbeks cook - the cleanliness is perfect and everything is delicious. There is a "Pilaf Center" on the embankment - I was so surprised, everything is very tasty, I will write a separate review about them.

For the organization of the transfer, for the delicious oriental coffee, for our super room on the 4th floor and VIP balcony! Just a dream! From 31.95-7.06.25 the weather was different - we traveled a lot around Gagra, walked a lot, all the abandonments were over ! The hotel is great! The Wi-Fi was working well, the hot water was excellent, and the light was always on.. I don 't know why it 's being cut down - it didn 't affect us ! There are no questions to the hotel, just thanks for our sincere rest and warm welcome at the hotel! We recommend it to everyone. The location is great. There are many cafes, the sea is 5 minutes away, the room is clean. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Very tasty breakfasts and food from the menu, the prices are not expensive. The sea is clear, there are not many people on the shore, there are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel across the street. Lake Ritsa, waterfalls, cave, the beauty is indescribable. There is parking in front of the hotel and wi-fi. There is a large selection of products on the market at affordable prices. In general, we really liked the hotel and Abkhazia.
