The receptionist Irina is competent, friendly, the cleaning is carried out by a sweet kind woman Orza, thanks to the staff of this hotel, they created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this is the main thing for me. Our standard room on the ground floor is an ordinary good room. There is a cafe opposite the hotel where Uzbeks cook - the cleanliness is perfect and everything is delicious. There is a "Pilaf Center" on the embankment - I was so surprised, everything is very tasty, I will write a separate review about them.

Great guest house.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed often.The staff is helpful.The sea is finally 200 meters away, as in the description of the hotel, but it's not a long walk, there's a lot of greenery along the way, it's not hot.There are many cafes on the embankment. A minus star for breakfast, scrambled eggs are the only thing that is cooked there, the rest are all semi-finished products bought in the store (as if having breakfast with semi-finished products every day is not the kind of food that you would like.)But since the breakfasts were paid for, it was no longer possible to cancel them, they simply gave 8000 for two.You can find excellent food cafes there. The receptionist makes excellent coffee at the reception, in general, the administrator Irochka is a very responsive person.

There are no words how grateful we are to Ontario and the most reliable and caring administrator Irina! Thank you for our stay! For the organization of the transfer, for the delicious oriental coffee, for our super room on the 4th floor and VIP balcony! Just a dream! From 31.95-7.06.25 the weather was different - we traveled a lot around Gagra, walked a lot, all the abandonments were over ! The hotel is great! The Wi-Fi was working well, the hot water was excellent, and the light was always on.. I don 't know why it 's being cut down - it didn 't affect us ! There are no questions to the hotel, just thanks for our sincere rest and warm welcome at the hotel! We recommend it to everyone. The location is great. There are many cafes, the sea is 5 minutes away, the room is clean. The views from the balcony are amazing.
