I was choosing my first glasses. I absolutely did not know which side to approach. But they helped me right away. The consultant is polite and tactful, literally in 2 fittings he found the perfect frame for me. I immediately got to a doctor's appointment, they wrote out a prescription for me and I made an order. It all took about 10 minutes, no more. The glasses were promised to be made within 5 working days. However, 3 days later, I already had the order. There is no good lighting in the retail space. It is impossible to choose a frame for glasses presented on shelves placed along the walls, because the backlight illuminates not the frames, but the walls of the shelves.
