When buying glasses, everything is great.They will pick you up and tell you. But how did it affect to repair the glasses. It's like a quest. The woman at the checkout began to say that their master said he would repair only warranty products. The master is the boss. Then this woman tried to send me to the neighbors and repair my glasses there. In the end, of course, she took it, but said that she did not promise anything. The arm of the glasses flew off. For about 5 days they called me and said it was not possible to repair. It's a pity I didn't take a picture when handing over my glasses. In general, they broke my glasses and told me that the master tried to repair them, but since this is not the first time I hand over glasses, that's why I came out like that. I received the negative at the highest level. Our foot will not be there anymore.
P.S. I do not advise you to visit this company.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about Optics 38 in Uruchye! At the end of last year, I bought glasses for myself at a price of more than 200 rubles.! The shackle broke off literally half a year later! I came to the Optician for help, but they told me that they had no guarantee for the frame! Alas, the store's consultant didn't even try to help me! That's the low quality of the frames in this store, and even worse the attitude towards customers! I do not recommend it!
