They offered them a profitable hotel and persuaded them to pay for it almost immediately. I politely asked for time to think and said that I would also go to a travel agency. After that, there was a flurry of discontent in my direction, supposedly I would go compare again. They also took my contacts and constantly imposed this hotel. I will never visit this travel agency again. Let me briefly explain in a nutshell, clients with a huge budget are treated kindly and affably. But when I named the estimated cost of the trip (which was given to me by another travel agency), they began to communicate so disgustingly, saying how sad everything was, etc. That they need to spend a lot of time to fit this budget and in general promised to throw off a selection, which in the end no one did. As a result, we fly on vacation through another travel agency. And you didn't even have to come in here, it was just a waste of time.
