I have stayed at this hotel several times... The impressions are positive! Convenient location, impressive room stock, excellent prices and significant discounts for early bookings (up to 30%). The staff is polite and attentive. Absolute respect and trust for the guests... No room checks before check-out, etc. The rooms are equipped according to the hotel class. Of the minuses, I note the strange opening hours of the restaurant (you can only have breakfast), but a pizzeria was opened right in the hotel building... Apparently, the restaurant's strange work schedule is not just for me))) In general, I recommend this hotel 100%!

Lived in three different double rooms. There are different repairs everywhere +-. But everywhere there are old windows through which it blows. During the stay at the hotel, all colleagues got sick - there was no heating, and the heaters were not issued. Three stars for my taste pulls with difficulty

The hotel is wonderful. I booked through the Russian website, there were no problems, we checked in as soon as I arrived (about 13:50), the room is cozy and clean. Clean towels, bed linen. The room has a TV, WIFI, hairdryer and everything else. There is also a telephone in the room to communicate with other rooms, or you can call the reception. I recommend you to check in

Quite normal breakfasts, continental during the pandemic. It also turned out to pay for late check-out without any problems. However, the superior room had torn curtains, peeling wallpaper, and some hair along the baseboard. The location is very convenient - in a residential area, near the metro. Otherwise, it is a completely modern hotel, the rooms are decorated from absolutely nothing to "improved" - carpet on the floor and a TV of the last century (on a kinescope). There are two cafes (both closed in Covid and have not yet opened) and a restaurant that is open only for breakfast (a buffet with sausages and instant coffee) and lunch (a complex with the opportunity to choose between sausages and cutlets). Since October 1, 2022, there has been an increase in price from 66 byn to 72 byn per day for a standard room without breakfast (by the way, other rooms are not available for check-in). MIR cards are accepted both when paying for a room and in the "restaurant".
Next to the hotel there is a shop (Vitalur) with a cafeteria and cooking - more expensive, but very refined.

The hotel is located near Pushkinskaya metro station, near grocery stores and a shopping center, a post office and an exchange office. But we were unlucky with the number. There is no air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer and kettle in the room. The closet door is broken and is being manually rearranged. The window is broken, it doesn't close well. The socket in the room is broken. The plug must be constantly adjusted. There is only a razor outlet in the bathroom. The flush button on the toilet and the sink faucet are broken. A mirror in the floor of the body. The room was not cleaned for two nights. Toilet roll one for two days for two. They secretly change the wi-fi password. Ask at the reception every day if there has been a password change. There was a cooler in the hallway, but after a day of stay it was removed from the hallway. I had to run around the floors in search of water. The breakfast is continental. But it was impossible to eat it. On the first day, they served a piece of omelet and two thin pancakes with jam in one plate!!! And on the second day, a tablespoon of buckwheat mash, which someone has already eaten. Two slices of cucumber and tomato are also served to the plate, two small pieces of cheese of 5 grams and two very thin pieces of semi-smoked sausage, also about 5 grams. Bread is strictly sweating a piece, tea can be poured 1 time. Breakfast was refused. If you book this hotel, immediately give up room 522 and the continental breakfast. Maybe they have a buffet. Due to the location to the center, it takes 30 minutes by public transport. Taxi 7 rubles. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

Great hotel! Clean and cozy room, fresh linen without stains. Especially the bathroom looks nice: there are no streaks, rust or streaks. Someone wrote about good audibility, but our room was quiet. We arrived in early December - the room is warm, the reception staff is friendly, we also left luggage in the luggage room, no problems arose.
