It's a very nice and cozy hotel. In the style of an old castle. Clean, snow-white linen. There are slippers and bathrobes and all accessories in the bathroom (which is not available in every hotel). The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is generally a separate multiple plus and a bomb. We have never seen such an excellent and good breakfast in the hotels of the former USSR countries. I definitely recommend it. 20 minutes from the airport. We had a 16-hour wait before the next flight to Shymkent. I chose this hotel and didn't regret it. And the price is good

A very cozy and comfortable mini-hotel. The rooms have good loft furniture, a clean bed and a comfortable bed. The staff is very polite and friendly. I always stay at this hotel if I am in Shymkent. There is free parking. Cafes are within walking distance. They serve delicious breakfasts. The cost is very affordable. I strongly recommend it for visiting and staying.
