Very good hotel. I have been here so many times. The stuff is the best. The owner of this hotel Mr Abdulgafur is very kind and respectable person.

I scored five points, but there are disadvantages. The location is excellent, the metro is 20-25 minutes away, all locations and attractions are within walking distance. The breakfasts are standard, the staff did not always have time to change the empty dishes. The room is nice and spacious, but there are rooms with access to a blank wall. The air conditioner did not work for me, the administrator did not respond to requests for 10 days of stay, the bed towels were not changed once all the time. When calculating for accommodation, they also tried to arrange for $ 50 for some kind of invented tax, although they booked through booking and the price was indicated there with all fees and taxes, this incident left an unpleasant impression. I did not even enter into a controversy, I paid only the amount that was indicated at the time of booking. It's strange, instead of making a discount for an air conditioner that is not working, they also wanted to furnish it)))and so, in general, I liked everything, since I only came to spend the night

A modest hotel. The staff is polite and helpful, but the rooms are very simple. Breakfast is meager. There are a lot of guests and all the food is quickly sorted out, and the dishes are replenished very slowly. You can come half an hour after the start of breakfast and find empty trays and no clean dishes. I don't really recommend it, although the price is quite normal.

Lived there. If you travel around Tashkent by car, then the hotel is well located relative to the center. Quiet, calm, clean, buffet breakfast. The ball was reduced for 2 broken mattresses in the room.

I have already stayed at this hotel 3 times, in total I have lived here for more than a month. A very cozy and comfortable hotel. In my opinion, it is the best price/quality ratio among all hotels in Tashkent. The staff is above all praise, I was very pleased that there is a store literally across the street from the hotel Korzinka.uz (like our Five) - very convenient. Also within walking distance of such worthy establishments as Sazanchik, Registan and Guten on Mukimi street. Since this is the city center, Yandex taxi arrives at any time of the day in a matter of minutes. It is a decent option for tourists or if someone is going on a business trip, I recommend it.

The hotel is old, without an elevator, there is a circular staircase to the 4th floor, although the staff helps to lift the luggage. Everything in the rooms is covered with carpets, if a person is allergic, then it's terrible. The windows of the hotel overlook, among other things, the main highway, which is buzzing and honking. The breakfasts are cold, there is no variety. The most important thing is that this is a family hotel serviced apparently by women of the same family. They behave like owners, speak only their own language, loudly and gesticulate. At the end of breakfast time, it's not over yet. They collect food, while the guests are still in the restaurant, sit down and start eating and loudly discuss their business

For 1.2 days, it is quite normal, I do not advise staying longer
Of the advantages:
-well-functioning wi-fi
-quite tolerable breakfast (but always cold)
-air conditioning
- the kettle
-regular room cleaning
- there are extra blankets
Of the cons:
-a non-working TV (I lived for three days and when I checked in they said that the antenna broke yesterday, as a result, it did not work at the time of departure) -a very hard mattress
-thin walls
-lack of hooks in the bathroom (not critical, but still very inconvenient, not even a towel to hang near the sink)
-there are no sockets near the mirrors (it is also very inconvenient for girls)
-if you do not hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, then a cleaner may burst in at an unexpected moment

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking.

The hotel is minus five stars! I travel a lot for work and stay in all kinds of hotels, but I haven't seen it worse for 10 years. We have not heard about cleanliness, hospitality and guest service here. On the 4th floor, take the suitcase up the spiral staircase with dangerously knocked down carpets as you want. The room is dirty, there are no garbage bags, there is no refrigerator, the kettle is burnt out - they wrote something down when asked to replace it, but nothing has changed in a week. You don't even have to talk about breakfast - it's disgusting. There is Wi-Fi, working programs do not pull. In general, I do not advise against the word at all!!!!

Уютный, современный дизайн, чисто, красиво. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, завтраки очень вкусные.Ванная, санузел все работает, тёплая вода👍есть в комнате кондиционер, 1 окно но оно выходило в закрытое помещение. Большая кровать мы спали 4м(дети и я с мужем) поместились по этому не взяли вторую комнату. Советую 🎉остались довольны

We were in hotels for one night, the breakfasts were fine, there was nothing unusual, the standard menu. Quick check-in, the room had bathroom accessories except for bathrobes and slippers. In principle, it was quite normal for one night, but the hot water pressure in the shower was very weak and it was problematic to take a shower (( it was water or not. The room was small, it was clean.

Отель хорошенький, не большой, чисто, белье свежее, завтраки хорошие.
Номер не маленький и не большой, для двоих достаточно места.
В некоторых номерах нет холодильников.
Не было пульта от ТВ, три раза попросила, три раза НЕ отказали , но так и не принесли 😁
Есть номера с окнами в вентиляционную шахту.
Для кратковременной командировки Отлично

Not a bad hotel. A convenient place. The area is closer to the center but the views are not very. Breakfast is simple. The rooms are nice and clean. The mattresses are wooden. I'm fine. And so see for yourself. I recommend it for the price-quality ratio.

Проживали в отеле 05.10.22-07.10.22.
Из положительного: относительно неплохое месторасположение за свои деньги, рядом вкусная кондитерская София. Отзывчивый персонал.
Из отрицательного, с чем столкнулся: бронировал три номера, в два заселили сразу, с одним начались проблемы, должен был быть стандарт с двойной кроватью, предложили номер апартамент на две комнаты (с дверьми), где в другой комнате будут размещаться другие люди, при том дверь в наш номер не закрывается на ключ. Не переживайте говорят, отель респектабельный, проблем не будет. В итоге переселили после недовольства в «нормальный» номер, заселение по времени больше полу часа.
Разместили рядом с лестницей, там же на первом этаже стоит диван, где у администрации с кем-то по ночам проходят бурные обсуждения, слышно в номере, нормально не поспишь.
Завтрак очень посредственный, нет кофе машины.
Вишенной на торте стала потеря карточки от двери при сдаче номера (ребёнок засунул ее в чемодан). Кстати выдают одну карточку на номер без исключений, больше нету. Попросили запилить штраф в размере 30 долларов (!), за карточку которая стоит копейки и элементарно шьётся.
Штраф был уплачен, в данный отель больше ни ногой.

Прекрасный отель. 18-22 мая 2023. До приезда написала на whatsapp отелю и предупредила о раннем заезде, ответили, что при наличии свободных мест заселят сразу, так и получилось. В номере все необходимое: несколько полотенец, шампуни, фен, холодильник, посуда, чайник, кондиционер и тд. Сейфа нет. Матрас действительно жесткий, но это так во многих отелях. В жаркий сезон дают пододеяльник- при желании можно самостоятельно заправить в него одеяло которое лежит в шкафу. Ковры в коридорах и номере совершенно не старые (не понимаю чем недовольны другие комментаторы) Вай фай бесплатный и очень быстрый. Персонал отличный, уборка вовремя. Район шикарный, общественный транспорт ходит регулярно, такси приезжает за пару минут - все очень дешево по сравнению с СПб. Рядом много магазинов, как маленьких ларьков, так и супермаркет. Рестораны и кафе тоже в пятиминутной доступности. Не знаю что еще людям нужно для счастья) Если буду еще в Ташкенте, думаю бронировать этот же отель

Хороший отель. Приличный номер , все есть- кондиционер, чайник, холодильний, телевизор. Можно попросить посуду и воспользоваться микроволновкой.
Приятный персонал, уборка если нужно ежедневно, меняют белье.
Завтраки шведский стол, вполне вкусные.

Отель находится в центре города, удобное расположение. Персонал отличный(просто молодцы). Завтрак 5 из 5.уборку проводят ежедневно. В соответствии цены и качества это самый лучший отель в Ташкенте по моему мнению

Посетили отель в апреле 2023. Отель небольшой, номер двухместный крошечный, дверь в душевую стеклянная(. В номере был чайник, но питьевая вода не предоставлялась, был стол, но не было стула, есть окно, но оно не прозрачное( Завтраки были включены в стоимость проживания ( омлет, овощи, каши,выпечка. кофе только растворимый). Понравилась чистота в отеле и удачное расположение ( до метро пешком минут 30. но такси недорогое) рядом продуктовые магазины, алкомаркет, кафешки. Не понравилось - очень жесткий матрас, вода подтекала из бачка унитаза- пришлось перекрывать,было холодно в номере. В целом нормальный бюджетный отель. Рекомендуем!

Очень вежливый отзывчивый персонал. Чистота, уютная столовая с аппетитным завтраком. Мы отдыхали в непростое время для Ташкента, когда были перебои с отоплением и горячей водой, но нам и в этих условиях постарались создать максимально комфортные условия.

Заселили нас на 4 этаж, мы помылись и легли спать с дороги, просыпаемся - нет воды, хотя на первом этаже в туалете она почему-то была, а вот в номере на 4-м - отключииили, парадокс, ага...
Решили погулять по городу.
После нескольких часов гуляний поднимаюсь в номер - вижу, что определенно кто-то шарился, вещи не так лежат. Разуваюсь - ковер весь мокрый на половину номера!
В итоге, видимо воду дали, но так как у них кран в душевой нормально не закрывался и тёк, а слив не работал почти совсем - все затопило.
До 1 этажа, пока не начало капать на ресепшене.
Тогда-то они и спохватились, вскрыли комнату.
При выселении угрожали полицией, взяли штраф где-то в 2000 р, несмотря на то, что все проблемы были созданы исключительно ими!🤬

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but if it's hard, they can help carry it. There was no kettle in the room, to numerous requests to bring it by phone, they said yes, we will bring it, but in the end they did not bring it. The staff as a whole does not care, does not try very hard. Breakfast was first said at 6:30, but in the end they allegedly did not have time and opened the dining room at 8:00. It's quite noisy outside the window. I don't plan to stay at this hotel ever again.

For 5 thousand rubles a day, we got a spacious room.No more advantages are counted. On the second day, the hot water was turned off, the breakfasts were meager and monotonous. There is no heating in the room, we were freezing under two blankets. On the third day, the promised hot water did not appear, we did not steel ourselves in this hotel anymore and left.

Недалеко от аэропорта и южного жд вокзала , до центра тоже недалеко. На завтраке понравилось наличие праздничных салатов-оливье и других. Бельё чистое, номер соответствует качеству.
