Hello. I am 37 years old. I'm from the city of Stolbny. I have been treating teeth in Orthosmile since 2019. She began to heal the canals with Ermine Olga Yurievna. We had 5 crowns fitted with orthopaedist Alexander Viktorovich. We treated 3 patients with Olesya Pertovna. They put on a crown with Natalia Vasilyevna. And for the last three years, old fillings have been redone and channels have been repaired with Tatyana Egorovna Kuten. On April 3, 2025, Tatiana Egorovna and I did the most difficult and final work, which I purposefully went to all these years of treatment and restoration of my teeth. 7 upper front teeth: all old fillings were completely removed, caries was cleaned, and the doctor restored the anatomical shape of my teeth, including on the front surface of the teeth, with filling material. The work lasted from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. We took one break for 15 minutes. I was getting used to my real teeth shape. It was only yesterday, April 14, 2025, when I was smiling, that I remembered that this was my smile at graduation in 11th grade. Then a classmate complimented me: "you have a Hollywood smile")))). Today, my smile is Hollywood. We'll do more hygiene, polish up the small details that you don't immediately notice, because it takes time to restore the gums and home hygiene gives an additional picture. I really value my chosen Orthosmile clinic and I really value all the doctors who have been involved in the restoration of my teeth. The child even received a gift at the end for his courage and now he is not afraid. After such an experience, I signed up for cleaning and consultation myself. I was very pleased with the careful examination, the doctor drew attention to things that had previously been overlooked in other clinics. We have drawn up a clear treatment plan without pressure. We made an appointment with a 6-year-old child. 3 stars only for the doctor, Kozlovskaya, did her job well, the doctor confirms her qualifications. BUT: she has a disgusting assistant, Veronica, who is boorish, completely unable to handle children, openly expressing her dislike for children for, I'm sorry, a lot of money that I paid for the treatment. There are big questions about pricing for dentistry itself. The prices shown on the website are completely untrue, multiplied by three. Why do you mislead your visitors? In general, I recommend the doctor himself, Kozlovskaya, but make an appointment with her at another clinic.
