Terrible impression of this dental clinic! The information on the website is obviously outdated. I tried to make an appointment with the orthodontist listed, but it turned out that he was no longer working. Instead, I was assigned to someone else whose name isn't even on the website. I waited for the appointment for almost a month. And so, just before the visit, some impolite person calls and informs that the orthodontist will not be able to accept, offering to postpone the appointment for another week! It's just bullying! Time is irrevocably lost, and no one even bothered to apologize. Complete lack of respect for patients and disregard for other people's time. I do not recommend anyone to contact this irresponsible office. Absolutely disappointed.

Hello. I am 37 years old. I'm from the city of Stolbny. I have been treating teeth in Orthosmile since 2019. She began to heal the canals with Ermine Olga Yurievna. We had 5 crowns fitted with orthopaedist Alexander Viktorovich. We treated 3 patients with Olesya Pertovna. They put on a crown with Natalia Vasilyevna. And for the last three years, old fillings have been redone and channels have been repaired with Tatyana Egorovna Kuten. On April 3, 2025, Tatiana Egorovna and I did the most difficult and final work, which I purposefully went to all these years of treatment and restoration of my teeth. 7 upper front teeth: all old fillings were completely removed, caries was cleaned, and the doctor restored the anatomical shape of my teeth, including on the front surface of the teeth, with filling material. The work lasted from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. We took one break for 15 minutes. I was getting used to my real teeth shape. It was only yesterday, April 14, 2025, when I was smiling, that I remembered that this was my smile at graduation in 11th grade. Then a classmate complimented me: "you have a Hollywood smile")))). Today, my smile is Hollywood. We'll do more hygiene, polish up the small details that you don't immediately notice, because it takes time to restore the gums and home hygiene gives an additional picture. At the consultation, all existing problems were told, recommendations were given, all manipulations were carried out clearly and quickly during treatment, accompanied by questions about whether it hurts me, whether it blows, whether it is bitter, and so on, prompt answers were given to any problems regarding treatment in a messenger or by phone - I had to clean the channels and the aftertaste of sensations forced I started to get nervous, I confess, I panicked. The site says a baby seal from 55 rubles, as a result, I gave 220 rubles for a small hole and "hygiene"!!! I came out of there in shock, from the price, the child is in tears...

Now, in order not to change the clinic, we decided to go here. I didn't like it: disgusting, expensive, there are questions about the quality. The doctor did not seem like a modern doctor: a lot of fuss, unnecessary words, incomprehensible actions. The impression was that he did not know how to use the clinic's devices. The nurse assistant seemed more knowledgeable in terms of understanding the tools. Hygiene is done frankly terribly. It is necessary not to talk, but to do it qualitatively. To draw conclusions and ask where the child came from, whether from a mug or from somewhere else, should not worry at all. If it is necessary to treat with anesthesia, then it is necessary, and not to try to treat without it and say that the child does not make contact. So the psychological trauma may remain. Not everyone is comfortable with treating teeth without anesthesia, and this is normal in the 21st century. I wouldn't make contact when I'm in pain either. You need to start with yourself. Next, a question for a private clinic. Why is there no tablet with cartoons in the office where the teeth of an 8-year-old child are treated? Is it really difficult. And then the doctor says: "Oh, he's not even here, probably, it's necessary, they didn't think about it." During the treatment, the devices were left on the child. Are there really no tables for this. The amount of treatment is 186 rubles for the treatment of one tooth and poor-quality hygiene of 20 Teeth.
