My wife and I visited the Osh market in Bishkek in early April. Parking is the main headache, we were looking for places for 15 minutes along the road, there is no special parking, so set the time with reserve. The market itself is huge and noisy, divided into zones: dried fruits, meat, clothes, souvenirs — my wife is hanging in rows with felt and kalpaks, the prices are pleasant and you can bargain. One useful thing: take cash, cards are not accepted everywhere, and come in the morning on weekdays — there is real chaos on weekends. At the beginning of April, it's already comfortable outside, but it's stuffy inside the market, so dress easier. It is better to go to the back rows for souvenirs, prices are 30-40 percent higher closer to the exit.
