The hotel is old, almost without repair. The rooms are very simple.
There is a swimming pool, but deep, and very small.
The breakfast buffet is not super varied, but still last a couple of days.
There is parking, but it is tiny. There may not be enough space.

The price-quality ratio is very good.
The breakfasts are normal in the morning, the rooms are clean, not smoky.
It is clear that the hotel was converted from the Soviet one, but with high quality, neatly.
I recommend you to stay
