They definitely need renovation, too old and kind of overpriced… you can look other options for same price…

The most terrible hotel. I didn't book it myself, I asked my friends. And the main priorities were the balcony and breakfast. On the day of arrival, I went to breakfast, I didn't find any food for myself at all, I didn't go there anymore. My room has never been cleaned in 8 days. NEVER ONCE!!!! I went to Tashkent for 3 days, as the "cleaning" button was on, and continued to burn. She stupidly threw the garbage out the door! Mysteriously, the trash disappeared from the hallway, but no one paid any attention to the green button. On the day of departure, you could swipe your finger across the table and notice a thick layer of dust. The furniture is old, the rooms are very cold, you disdain to pick up a kettle, and you close the door to the balcony with tremendous force. It is clear that the hotel has worn itself out by 100 % The rooms are tiny, thanks to the fact that I lived alone, and it barely fit. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and the price of 3,300 rubles per day is a real robbery. For example, for 4,300 I lived in Tashkent (that's where paradise is) and bathrobes, and slippers, a crisp snow-white bed, and breakfasts are a mess.
