And the most "icing on the cake" is allegedly the head of this store, the most unpleasant person I've ever seen, as if she were not a trade worker, a supervisor in a maximum-security prison, and she also walks around the hall, or stands at the cash register and suspiciously looks out for everyone, which is extremely unpleasant, when asked about the goods He can't answer and still walks around with his boxes, hitting the visitors. Also, these empty boxes are constantly standing in the aisles, which is impossible to pass. I don't say anything about the cash register at all, there's nowhere to put the goods, everything falls, the sellers don't seem to know how to use the cash register, they also count money with difficulty, there's never any change. It feels like the staff was chosen at the labor exchange from those who are not being hired anywhere. I appeal to the new management of this retail chain, if you want to retain customers, of whom you don't have many anyway, take a closer look at the staff that you have recruited. Also, apparently there have been no checks in the store for a long time, since there is such a huge amount of delay. I have seen expired dairy products in stores for 1-3 days, but not for 18 (my husband wanted to buy sour cream yesterday and this comes across absolutely every time). If you don't know how to sell food, you'd better not do it. In general, it seemed that this chain of stores was at the bottom, but now they have managed to break through this bottom even deeper. I never write negative reviews, but it's impossible to remain silent here.
