Today I visited this store for the first time. There was no one at the checkout at the time of my purchase. When I politely asked the male employee who came up to dismiss me, I heard an absolutely rude and unacceptable phrase in response.: "I'll pay you off if you ask well, for example, on your knees." After this outrageous statement, the employee also allowed himself intrusive offers of acquaintance. I consider this behavior of the staff to be the height of unprofessionalism, a complete lack of cash discipline and a violation of customer service standards. Instead of high-quality service, I was faced with outright harassment, ambiguous hints and disrespect from the person who is in the workplace and represents your company. I would like to remind you that trade employees are primarily at work. If they don't know how to interact with customers correctly and respectfully, they have no place in sales and services.

At the same time, the cashier warned me about this only because the previous customer had already written her negative review in the complaint book. As a result, the difference between the indicated price on the shelves with the product and the final receipt was about 20%. At the same time, I bought a product that was not on the stock. Was it really impossible to close the store the day before for a retake to change the price tags, then people would have an alternative to find the same product in another household chemicals chain store at a lower price!
