They began to feed them with promises, settle them in different hotels, saying that this was their mistake and they WOULD PAY FOR EVERYTHING, which was recorded on camera in the presence of 15 people. After 3 days, we were still put in rooms. At the end of the trip, the hotel owner stated that we were obliged to pay him the full cost for the entire time, which, accordingly, we refused to do because we did not provide them with full services and his statement recorded on camera that "all inconveniences are at his expense" (no one pulled his tongue), namely 5 rooms that they were booked in advance, to which the argument of Vasya (the owner of the DAN hotel) was the words "You didn't live in a barn." In general, the laws do not apply to dragobrat and we had to pay for what he demanded, for the banal reason "We did not want the problems that Vasya threatened us with, throwing his fists at us." The rooms were not cleaned for a week, the food in the dining room is disgusting, you can get poisoned 2 times in 5 days, you need to try to cook this way.We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
