I've been using Ozon for several years now — it's convenient, fast, and the range is pleasing. I often find the right products at good prices, especially during promotions. The app is intuitive, it takes a couple of minutes to place an order, and delivery usually arrives on time. There were cases when the goods arrived with a defect or the packaging was damaged, but the refund was processed without problems. Sometimes they delay delivery or cancel an order without explanation — this is a minus, but not a critical one. In general, it is a reliable marketplace, especially if you carefully read reviews and choose trusted sellers. I recommend it, but with a little caution when making large purchases.
