Не возвращают деньги с не выполненного тура. Писала заявления на возврат, но с февраля 2020 года так ничего и не вернули. Деньги перенесли на депозит. Но воспользоваться я им не могу. У них всегда находятся причины. То не те даты, то у них баг в системе и они не могут его починить, то надо купить дополнительно экскурсию, чтобы депозитом воспользоваться. Никакой лояльности к клиентам. Обращаться желания больше нет.
