We had a rest from your company in Sanremo from 09/21/24 to 10/24.24 at the Paradiso Hotel. The only good thing about them was that there was a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Your company has not helped us in any other way. There was no representative at check-in. No one explained to us about the menu in the restaurant. We organized the whole vacation ourselves. It is a pity that you have such an attitude towards your customers. We are not grateful to you for anything. The Shastitko family.
