I was on vacation with my daughter in June 2024. Out of 100 points, I would choose 100 points! The service is at the highest level, from the reception to the staff (food area, pool area, bar and beach area). The food is very tasty and varied every day, the bar is open from 11.00 to 22.00. The ocean is incomparable, a lifeguard with a boat is on duty on the shore and saved all around. The pool is clean with clear water. The room is cleaned at your request. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!!!😀

The hotel is very nice, quiet and peaceful.
The food is delicious, I found something new for myself every day; the breakfasts are the same every day, the dinners are different all the time - every day was very tasty. They give a lot of different fruits, pineapple is my favorite. The hotel has its own outdoor pool, gym, children's room. The territory is very small. The sea is on the first line, there is a private beach- towels are provided, you can take a sun protection cream for free and after. The rooms are very cozy and clean, cleaning every day. There is a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, iron; body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and all sorts of small accessories.
The pool is always comfortable, the sea is cool, but if you decide to go in, then you don't want to get out. The water in the sea is like silk, very soft!
Small crabs are constantly sold on the beach near the stones, turtles have been seen several times in the water!
There is nothing to do at the hotel in my free time at all, I was bored! So plan your leisure time yourself!!
Every day there is a free transfer to the Fujairah City center, and on Tuesdays to the Dubai mall. If you go to the Fujairah shopping center, we recommend that you then walk to the hotel – it takes about 1.5 hours. There is a cool Saving Home store along the way - We were stuck in it for 3 hours!!! The landmark is opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Very nice prices, everything is super budget. I have not even seen such prices in Moscow! In addition to various sweets and sweets, you can find anything for home, toys, Office supplies, cosmetics, jewelry. It feels like I'm in an AliExpress store😅 We've collected 3 large bags of stuff.

A great new modern hotel. Delicious and varied breakfasts, friendly staff.
The hotel is suitable for couples with children and an age group, there is not much entertainment in the evening, there is an umbrella beach nearby where you can have fun. At the bar you can order a hookah and try different cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
There is a supermarket across the street, but prices bite, it's better to go to Carrefour.
There is one Russian-speaking employee at the reception, in case you have problems with communication)

Now the cons: we had an all-inclusive week.because she got to the beginning of Ramadan, we still did not understand what the all-inclusive concept is, because there is one restaurant (no bars work, drinks and other alcohol only from 20:30 to 22:00 and in limited quantities, well, no one takes away from you of course, but after 3 glasses wines are already viewed askance, it feels like you didn't pay for them. I understand everything, Muslims have Ramadan, I respect this religion, but I don't understand why they sell all-inclusive packages at this time, if in fact everything is included and it doesn't smell. But the money was paid, the services were not actually rendered, the sediment remained. In front of us, the girl from the lobby with coffee was asked to leave, they can not, Ramadan, as if drink, but in her room. We also have a fast, but we don't ask tourists to fast with us. I think that if everything is so strict, it is not worth selling all-inclusive packages. In fact, you have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now for the food: chicken, chicken, chicken. A little meat and one evening there was a little red fish. Seafood -there were no seafood at all from the word at all. We were in hotels and 4 stars and there were always shrimp, squid. The fish was white every day, but it's kind of jelly inside. There are a lot of fruits, different. The sweets are delicious, but the same. We were at this hotel in September 2024, we took half-board meals. Positive:
1) The hotel is new, the interior is very beautiful, smells of subtle oriental incense (but the smells are not vulgar, but very pleasant), unobtrusive music plays in the lobby, olive trees in tubs, etc.
2) The rooms are large, spacious, air conditioning is adjustable, there is an iron and ironing board, 4 0.5 bottles of water are put on every day, there are tea and coffee sets, a coffee machine, a kettle, which was important for us, because without a cup of tea at night, my mother and I cannot. WiFi worked very well throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.
3) We were also satisfied with the food. The breakfasts are varied, everything that can be done for breakfast was presented in the assortment. The dinners are a bit monotonous, but everything is very tasty and high-quality, the food is always fresh. If something ran out, the next batch was quickly taken out. There was also such a thing that dinners are more diverse from Friday to Sunday, when local Arabs come by. But nevertheless, the food is decent, even for such fastidious people as my mother and I, there was enough. The waiters work very quickly, dirty plates are removed instantly, orders are brought quickly too. Not all hotels in the Emirates have staff working so quickly in restaurants.
4) The service is at a very high level, the doorman opens the doors, the luggage is transported immediately from the doors of the transfer car. We arrived around 12, checked in at about 14:00, until that time we left our suitcases in the storage room, then they were transported to the room. They clean efficiently, towels are changed every day, and there are very pleasant hygiene items in the room. On the beach, beach boys are given towels, there is also water (I must say, there are no restrictions on water in this hotel), spf funds are distributed.
5) The hotel is located in the city, provides a free shuttle service to the Fujairah Mall in the center. Lulu supermarket is a 10-minute taxi ride away, there are a couple of restaurants, a pizzeria and a small supermarket across the street. We did not use the transfer, because it was still very hot in the afternoon, it was impossible to be outside.
Minuses:
The disadvantage here is basically the only one, but very big–it's just huge waves in the ocean. There are breakwaters, but they are small, in principle they did not save the situation in any way. People who are not very good swimmers need to pay attention to this. The pool is small in this scenario. I must say, there was enough space on the sun beds by the pool and in the pool itself, but in general the hotel was not crowded, since September is not yet considered the high season in the Emirates. Perhaps things are worse with full occupancy.
In general, I would love to return to this hotel if there is any artificial bay so that you can swim in the ocean in peace.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Everything in the rooms is clean and new, cleaning is carried out regularly. The staff works out for everything. A big plus is the presence of a Russian-speaking man at the reception. The food is delicious and varied, although the choice does not change often. I liked that every meal there is a dish that is prepared (assembled) in front of you, per serving. I have never seen such dishes repeated during dinners.
The beach is clean, pleasant, with a smooth entry into the water. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Towels and a bottle of water are given out without problems and in the amount that is necessary. There is also a suntan and after-sun cream for general use.

The hotel is for a relaxing holiday, more suitable for couples without children. With full occupancy, there is not enough space by the pool for everyone (the pool area, and the pool itself are small, for a maximum of 30 people). This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in (we have been working in international chains for many years). And definitely the best in Fujairah: new, stylish, clean, beautiful! Everything is very tasty and varied, and beautiful! Although, we heard people at the neighboring tables saying ‘how not diverse'. Well, there will be dissatisfied with everything and everywhere. 3) there are lifeguards by the pool and on the beach who really do not just sit, but work) they monitor everyone, whistle to comply with safety rules (because the waves are often not small; and children frolic in the pool). But this does not bother vacationers. There are sun beds with a canopy by the pool, so they are occupied by our compatriots who get up with the first birds, like going to work to occupy them)). If you are not like that, then you will not get ahead of them). And so we always found free sun beds, but it's better to go take them at least at 8:30-9:00. In April, we had a great pleasure at the Palace Beach Resort Fujairah Hotel. We have never regretted the choice. The designers did a great job, successfully combining aesthetics and technology. The food was beyond praise, especially captivated by the presence of national flavor. No complaints about cleaning, impeccable linen and towels (including beach towels), a full set of excellent cosmetics up to sunscreen. The beach and the pool left only positive emotions: cleanliness, comfortable sun beds in sufficient quantity, soft sand and a gentle entrance to the water. The rooms have everything you need and even a capsule coffee machine. But! There are no hooks in the shower, there is nowhere to hang towels and bathrobes. But plus - shampoo, gel, conditioner and body lotion in large dispensers. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not given.
The whole hotel has a very intrusive smell of perfume for the house...at first, nothing yet, but by the end of the rest, he just pisses me off.
Condees work very hard. Coming in from the street you get into the freezer, we caught a cold on the second day of rest.

The beach is clean, the entrance from the sea is sand. Sun loungers seem to be there, and they should be enough, but they are occupied in the morning for the whole day (throwing things) and then go for lunch / sleep / departure to the city .... and who did not have time, he was late.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we were warned that check-in was at 15.00, no question, we will wait, went to breakfast for money, buffet for adults 110 dirs, for children 60 dirs.
We had swimsuits with us and went to the beach, stayed until 11:00 and of course they forgot about us until I came up myself.
Our check-in is at 11.30, thank you, and of course, we could continue until 15.00.
The hotel is new, urban, there are a lot of locals. The hotel is not exactly a Five, 4 is not more!!
We have a Deluxe room with a sea view, quiet and with a good view of the sea, it was paid in advance.
The room has everything you need, spacious, modern. The closet is already "tubbed", there is mold on the seams in the bathroom. There is water in the shower and it does not go away, there is no point in talking to someone and asking, because the workers do not respond to requests!!
Going to the sea, they turned on the "Green light" at this time, everything was cleaned.
The linen has never been changed in 11 days.

Nice, clean, there are always places, the beach is watched very carefully.
There are rescuers, we even watched their work, a girl about 10-11 years old swam and most likely scratched herself on the buoys, got scared, the rescuer immediately reacted and swam to her, provided first aid!

This is not Turkey, of course, but there is enough food, the child was happy. Leave a tip, then you will be discussed in the best possible way!
There are a lot of locals in the hotel, and it happened that there was nowhere to sit in the restaurant

The main thing is guys, never take a taxi and excursions from Iftikhar Khan, he is a Pakistani, tries to monopolize taxis in Fujairah, pays money to the hotel for his table, they have some kind of competition among their own and report each other to the police.

A good hotel, not without drawbacks.
Let's start with the reception. One person speaks Russian well (I forgot his name), he is always ready to help, explain everything, prompt. The others are also ready to help, but the language barrier is in the way. In general, everyone is friendly and polite.
I liked the room. The electrical outlets are adapted to the plugs used in Russia, so an adapter was not required. I recommend choosing rooms with a view of the pool - it is also with a side view of the sea. Full board is better, since all inclusive is limited in possibilities here (unless you can't do without alcohol at all).
The rooms are modern, touch panels everywhere, well-organized lighting switching. A modern safe with backlight, a lot of hangers in the closet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Tea and coffee machine are available with daily replenishment. Water is also brought, if necessary, you can ask for more.
In the bathroom, the water in the washbasin went badly, but we contacted the reception (it was possible by phone) and everything was immediately fixed.
We liked the food: not very varied, but everything is quite tasty. Watermelons, melons, grapes, dates, exotic fruits... Good cakes. Coffee, tea, water and two types of natural juice. We are satisfied.
The beach is small, but there have always been free sunbeds. Towels, sunscreen (thirty), water. Chilled towels and refreshing sprays are distributed along the beach during the day.
During the first three days of rest, I liked the sea: clean, warm, like fresh milk. The depth is gaining gradually. And then... Then the tides began to ebb and flow, various debris floated in the water, and it was lying on the sand. They didn't really try to catch and clean it up - maybe only the largest one. It ruined the impression.
There is no animation, and thank God. But this may not be enough for someone.
There are many families with young children, so there was enough shouting and roaring, for some it is critical.
In general, it is a five-minus, there is something to strive for.

If you book a room with two separate beds and a view of the city, then keep in mind that you will not have a balcony.

Rested in April 2023. A chic new hotel! Very clean and stylish territory, beautiful rooms with coffee machine and bar, safe, huge wardrobe. The cleanest sea and a great sandy beach with a good entrance to the ocean. There are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. Sun protection creams and after-sun lotion of good quality are offered free of charge on the beach without restrictions, there are also beach towels..Free ride from the hotel to Dubai Mall.
The Internet works fine even on the beach, but video and audi calls on whatsapp do not go through.

The food is not varied

- there is poor sound insulation between the rooms. Maybe not all of them, but there were inveterate gamblers who lived next to us and played all night long.
- the city is small, there is nowhere to go. Among the attractions are the fort, the national village, and the mosque. They are open during the daytime, when it's the hottest and you can't really walk.
One of the advantages is, of course, the sea, always clean, calm, gentle descent, fine sand. I took the karal slippers - they were not useful. There is always a vigilant lifeguard on the beach, if you violate anything, he whistles.
The hotel staff is friendly, sometimes with fake courtesy.
The food is normal, you won't be hungry. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can order scrambled eggs and poached eggs (to be honest, the yolk is often steep, so be warned when ordering).

Iron and ironing board in each room. Cool lights all over the room. Bathrobes, daily cleaning and change of towels. We lived in the most budget room with breakfast and dinner. Although for me, I would only take breakfast. There are several supermarkets across the street with delicious and cheap mangoes, natural juices, and you can buy something alcoholic in the Duty Free. Excursions are much cheaper at Iftikhara, it is in a corner near the reception, Russian-speaking guides get hooked in Dubai at the first location, only through the operator the price will be much higher. There is a free bus to the City Mall every day - 'it's a big supermarket, there's a bank, but you can change the currency at the hotel.

It is advisable to take rooms towards the pool and the sea, because the second option is a highway, noise, the smell of gasoline and a mosque within walking distance (to whom a bonus, to whom early waking up! But that 's not a problem ! The problem is a noisy highway ! The beach is good, the sand is without a single pebble, there are enough places and a bar from 11:00! 2 swimming pools for adults and children ! They do not heat up , in November they were already colder than the sea ! Fitness room, hairdresser, kids club and spa ! Everything is civil and dignified ! Drinks are normal with everything included , except wine ! Wine is no good ! The staff is normal, although there were no Russian speakers! This is bad ! 90% of all tourists from Russia and this is not good, but they realized it themselves along the way! But the most important thing is the food. Apart from bread, cheese and watermelon, everything else was tasteless. The whole vacation I had to eat chicken and potatoes, seasoning with ketchup. I haven't seen such a frankly bad kitchen for a long time. Fish of the same kind, cooked terribly. Seafood was given twice in 8 days, once small shrimp stewed with potatoes, the second time - mussels in a strange flour sauce. In general, it feels like I got into some kind of hard economy. It feels like the positive reviews are written by people who haven't been here.

I really liked the hotel. Lovely, new, clean. There is a private beach, a large pool with warm water. The staff is helpful, attentive, friendly. They try to help in everything, solve all the issues, and they do it perfectly. The location of the hotel is good: 10-15 min walk there is a fish and fruit market with a wide variety of seafood, fruits from all regions. 3-5 min walk to Sadaf restaurant, delicious and inexpensive. The hotel has a bar that offers not only soft drinks. Separately, I would like to mention the breakfasts (only they were included). The breakfasts are amazing, very tasty dairy products, cheeses. In general, everything is wonderful! I recommend it!
