We rested at the hotel in August 2024. Urban type of hotel , next to the street there is a wholesale supermarket, pharmacies. There is a micro embankment 100 meters away, few tourists walk along it. The hotel itself is new, nice comfortable rooms (there is a coffee machine, tea). There are hygiene products, bathrobes, cleaned daily. Private beach, free towels, sunscreen. The food is varied, there is fish, chicken, a lot of fruits. Sometimes locals come to the restaurant in the evenings. This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in (we have been working in international chains for many years). And definitely the best in Fujairah: new, stylish, clean, beautiful! All employees are super polite, smiling, and with everyone the same(!), they will solve any issue. 2) Food: we had a C+y, but dinner can be changed to lunch (alcohol is not included). Everything is very tasty and varied, and beautiful! Although, we heard people at the neighboring tables saying ‘how not diverse'. Well, there will be dissatisfied with everything and everywhere. 3) there are lifeguards by the pool and on the beach who really do not just sit, but work) they monitor everyone, whistle to comply with safety rules (because the waves are often not small; and children frolic in the pool). But this does not bother vacationers. There are sun beds with a canopy by the pool, so they are occupied by our compatriots who get up with the first birds, like going to work to occupy them)). If you are not like that, then you will not get ahead of them). And so we always found free sun beds, but it's better to go take them at least at 8:30-9:00. The swimming pool (heated) and the beach are open from 7:00 to 19:00, after that you do not buy, this is the rule of the Hotel, and there is security. 4) the room was adjacent (inside the room there is a door to the next room), so the neighbors on this side could be heard, no sounds came from other sides. WiFi worked very well throughout the hotel, including in the rooms. 3) We were also satisfied with the food. The breakfasts are varied, everything that can be done for breakfast was presented in the assortment. The dinners are a bit monotonous, but everything is very tasty and high-quality, the food is always fresh. If something ran out, the next batch was quickly taken out. There was also such a thing that dinners are more diverse from Friday to Sunday, when local Arabs come by. But nevertheless, the food is decent, even for such fastidious people as my mother and I, there was enough. The waiters work very quickly, dirty plates are removed instantly, orders are brought quickly too. Not all hotels in the Emirates have staff working so quickly in restaurants. 4) The service is at a very high level, the doorman opens the doors, the luggage is transported immediately from the doors of the transfer car. We arrived around 12, checked in at about 14:00, until that time we left our suitcases in the storage room, then they were transported to the room. They clean efficiently, towels are changed every day, and there are very pleasant hygiene items in the room. We did not use the transfer, because it was still very hot in the afternoon, it was impossible to be outside. Minuses: The disadvantage here is basically the only one, but very big–it's just huge waves in the ocean. There are breakwaters, but they are small, in principle they did not save the situation in any way. People who are not very good swimmers need to pay attention to this. The pool is small in this scenario. I must say, there was enough space on the sun beds by the pool and in the pool itself, but in general the hotel was not crowded, since September is not yet considered the high season in the Emirates. Perhaps things are worse with full occupancy. In general, I would love to return to this hotel if there is any artificial bay so that you can swim in the ocean in peace.

The rooms are modern, touch panels everywhere, well-organized lighting switching. A modern safe with backlight, a lot of hangers in the closet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Tea and coffee machine are available with daily replenishment. Water is also brought, if necessary, you can ask for more. In the bathroom, the water in the washbasin went badly, but we contacted the reception (it was possible by phone) and everything was immediately fixed. We liked the food: not very varied, but everything is quite tasty. Watermelons, melons, grapes, dates, exotic fruits... Good cakes. Coffee, tea, water and two types of natural juice. We are satisfied. The beach is small, but there have always been free sunbeds. Towels, sunscreen (thirty), water. Chilled towels and refreshing sprays are distributed along the beach during the day. During the first three days of rest, I liked the sea: clean, warm, like fresh milk. The depth is gaining gradually. And then... Then the tides began to ebb and flow, various debris floated in the water, and it was lying on the sand. They didn't really try to catch and clean it up - maybe only the largest one. It ruined the impression. There is no animation, and thank God. But this may not be enough for someone. There are many families with young children, so there was enough shouting and roaring, for some it is critical. In general, it is a five-minus, there is something to strive for.

Fortunately, the cleanliness of the sea does not suffer from this, but at night the corresponding smell is present, well, there is always a string of tankers on the horizon at sea. - there is poor sound insulation between the rooms. Maybe not all of them, but there were inveterate gamblers who lived next to us and played all night long. - the city is small, there is nowhere to go. Among the attractions are the fort, the national village, and the mosque. They are open during the daytime, when it's the hottest and you can't really walk. One of the advantages is, of course, the sea, always clean, calm, gentle descent, fine sand. I took the karal slippers - they were not useful. There is always a vigilant lifeguard on the beach, if you violate anything, he whistles. The hotel staff is friendly, sometimes with fake courtesy. The food is normal, you won't be hungry. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can order scrambled eggs and poached eggs (to be honest, the yolk is often steep, so be warned when ordering).

I really liked the hotel. Lovely, new, clean. There is a private beach, a large pool with warm water. The staff is helpful, attentive, friendly. They try to help in everything, solve all the issues, and they do it perfectly. The location of the hotel is good: 10-15 min walk there is a fish and fruit market with a wide variety of seafood, fruits from all regions. 3-5 min walk to Sadaf restaurant, delicious and inexpensive. The hotel has a bar that offers not only soft drinks. Separately, I would like to mention the breakfasts (only they were included). The breakfasts are amazing, very tasty dairy products, cheeses. In general, everything is wonderful! I recommend it!

I was on vacation with my daughter in June 2024. Out of 100 points, I would choose 100 points! The service is at the highest level, from the reception to the staff (food area, pool area, bar and beach area). The food is very tasty and varied every day, the bar is open from 11.00 to 22.00. The ocean is incomparable, a lifeguard with a boat is on duty on the shore and saved all around. The pool is clean with clear water. The room is cleaned at your request. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!!!😀
