The hotel is wonderful ! As I understood the economy version of the Address! New , clean , the food is good , there are a lot of overseas fruits and , oddly enough , there was beef , chicken and turkey all the time , there was no lamb once in a week ! This is a bonus for those who don 't like sheep ! I was glad of it ! The buffet is quite interesting , without the Turkish abundance , of course ; but it can claim the European one calmly ! The territory is small , the rooms are all the same size ! It is advisable to take rooms towards the pool and the sea, because the second option is a highway, noise, the smell of gasoline and a mosque within walking distance (to whom a bonus, to whom early waking up! But that 's not a problem ! The problem is a noisy highway ! The beach is good, the sand is without a single pebble, there are enough places and a bar from 11:00! 2 swimming pools for adults and children ! They do not heat up , in November they were already colder than the sea ! Fitness room, hairdresser, kids club and spa ! Everything is civil and dignified ! Drinks are normal with everything included , except wine ! Wine is no good ! The staff is normal, although there were no Russian speakers! Initially, they occupied the second floor with a view of the entrance and without the possibility of opening the window. The food is very decent. A wide range of dishes, different vegetables, fruits, watermelon and melon every day. Whole baked fish is just a treat. The meat is varied. Side dishes. Everything is cleaned daily. Towels are fresh daily on the beach, I'm not even talking about cleanliness in the room, it's perfect. One misfortune is the oil particles in the sea. The hotel is for a relaxing holiday, more suitable for couples without children. With full occupancy, there is not enough space by the pool for everyone (the pool area, and the pool itself are small, for a maximum of 30 people). The closet is already "tubbed", there is mold on the seams in the bathroom. There is water in the shower and it does not go away, there is no point in talking to someone and asking, because the workers do not respond to requests!! Going to the sea, they turned on the "Green light" at this time, everything was cleaned. The linen has never been changed in 11 days. Beach Nice, clean, there are always places, the beach is watched very carefully. There are rescuers, we even watched their work, a girl about 10-11 years old swam and most likely scratched herself on the buoys, got scared, the rescuer immediately reacted and swam to her, provided first aid! Again, I repeat, there are some agreements between the hotel and the employee on the right, Avaz for some reason sent us to Fujairah Mall in his taxi, saying that there would be no place for the bus to the City Center, in the end we paid money back and forth, Fujairah Mall is absolutely empty of the word at all!!!!! He made a mistake with our departure time, you understand that every hour of departure is important!! WE just waited for an hour at the reception! Usually everyone is picked up 5 hours before departure, we were told 6, after asking several times, he said exactly 6! There is a strong smell of perfume in the lobby, allergy sufferers will have a very hard time. Anaphylactic shock is guaranteed. The staff is not straight fire, you can't make out their English without a hundred grams, sometimes you get the feeling that they deliberately pretend that they don't understand you. Excellent fresh hotel, beautiful clean rooms, excellent kitchen. The staff is friendly. A beach with crabs. Shops are within walking distance. I recommend.
