I was at a meeting and immediately called back, but it was as unpleasant as possible to receive such a service without even physically appearing at the clinic. I canceled the appointment because this attitude towards clients says a lot about the lack of professionalism in the clinic. Please write out a novo - liability to the administrator instead of a bonus.
