I'll give you three points, just for the impeccable work of the nurse: politely, quickly, neatly, spent no more than 3 minutes in the office. Everything else is in the worst traditions of medical service, the organization of the work of the point is amazing. There are great slogans on the site that everything is fast and convenient for them. Okay, I placed the order in advance, 1 day in advance, selected the date of the visit, paid. You arrive at the queue point, there is no electronic queue, 30 minutes on your feet to get to the medical registrar. Two small sofas are constantly occupied. And the icing on the cake is that your order has not been found, I don't see it, and that's it. They asked me to get out of the queue, and I let a couple more people through. The next half hour went by, and finally I waited my turn to the treatment room. Naturally, no changes for the inconvenience. To summarize, I spent 1 hour at the point, having placed and paid for the order in advance, and it wasn't a big workload, there were no more than 5 people at the point. The online ordering system works crookedly. If you value your time and comfort, this is definitely not the place for you.
